Cool restaurant in a historic building downtown with a unique menu. The staff was very accommodating as I amended my reservation a few times to increase numbers which was awesome! Everyone enjoyed the food, which was served in generous portions. This place is a great option for a friends brunch for not ideal for a party as large as ours (14 people) as you really had to raise your voice to be heard over the energetic crowd. The courtyard was beautiful and the perfect place to take photos!

We came for brunch and bottomless mimosas. Food was amazing! We sat on the patio early in the morning, there was only one other table sat outside with us, so it wasn’t too loud. The server took awhile to ask us if we needed refills, and would consistently forget simple requests like a water refill. Additionally, a homeless man was dancing and acting strange right by our table, so we also got a free show. Overall it was a good time.

The food was wonderful! I tried something new. Can't remember exactly what it was called, but it was chicken biscuits and gravy. The mimosas are also our go-to when we dine here. Haven't tried the flavored ones yet, but I can't go wrong with the original flavor.

Went for brunch/lunch on a Sunday. The food was nothing special and the service was TERRIBLE! Have never been treated so poorly. Had to get our own utensils and condiments because the waitress never came back. Had to go to the hostess to get a refill. Now I understand why there was no wait for this restaurant. Would not recommend.

The service was abysmal, I showed up with my party 10 minutes prior to my reservation and wasn’t sat until 10 minutes after the reservation began - waiting 20 minutes total while there were open tables and people continually walking by without acknowledging us felt bad. The bottomless mimosas are worth the money given how heavy the poor is and it was a saving grace after that poor service. We got the fried green tomatoes, eggs Benedict and the chicken with French toast - all 3 dishes were delicious. No complaints on the food or drinks! Service just sucked today

We had a wonderful experience. Since the menu was on a qr code and we had to use our phones to get it. I asked the server if they had something specific, and he led it to me on the menu on my phone. Everything was wonderful!

Our last meal in Denver after the perfect week. Great brunch menu (the deviled eggs are amazing). Beautiful garden setting and couldn’t be happier with service and quality. We will be back next year!

Noise level was a little too loud where they originally put us down stairs. We asked if our reservation could be moved to the patio and they said no problem. The patio was absolutely awesome noise level was perfect we were able to catch up and have a great time! Food and service were awesome! Highly recommend checking this place out!

It was the first time.i had been seated downstairs and it was a little loud. There a very loud group seated by us but someone did come down and tell them to quiet down. Matt the bartender was great!

We came for brunch. Had to look closely to find it but it’s on the corner and you walk into a courtyard- very pretty. Con: No specialty coffees. Only mimosas/ cocktails. (We must do better with this! Almond milk , etc ) Was going to order chicken biscuit but they only had thigh and no white meat. Shrimp and grits were great - a little spicy. Could prob ask for no jalapeño. Cute little spot! Very crowded but not a lot of noise and still seated when we walked in. ❤️

We made reservations for 3, for the two hour unlimited mimosas. At 3:48, when we tried to order more food, they said they closed the kitchen at 3:45 for a special event and we'd have to leave by 4. The server gave us free mimosas to go, which were usually 5 bucks, but we lost an hour. The food and mimosas were good but really poor service. If you can't provide the full two hour reservation, don't allow for reservations to be made at that time. It was pretty frustrating and the server looked surprised when he found out, so there seems to be a big lack of communication to the staff. They also need to do some updates. We had to sit on ripped vinyl seats, it was uncomfortable.

Food & service was great. Family all enjoyed the donut holes. Sitting downstairs made it difficult to chat. The noise was loud, but I think you expect that. Definitely would go back

My friends and I ordered bottomless mimosas and we had to keep asking for a refill and even had to ask the manager for them because our server would not come check up on us. She would ask if we needed refills but would never come back with them although it wasn’t busy.

The food was very good but the service was not. I had a dirty glass and dirty silverware and when I brought it to the attention of my wait staff she appeared annoyed and was not very friendly to our table. The carpets appeared very outdated and unclean.

Great spot for brunch. Go for the bottomless mimosas! They are great. Food was delicious- I had pecan waffle and it was perfect. Nice variety of choices. Very nice atmosphere.

The absolute saving grace of this place is then bottomless mimosas. They’re huge, always coming out, and taste delicious. Unfortunately, that’s about where the charm ends. The service is HORRENDOUS. The food arrived cold after waiting over an hour for it to be brought out. Orders were incorrect and freezing. There was no soap or hand sanitizer in the tiny bathroom. If you’re coming here, sit at the bar, opt for the mimosas, and don’t order food

This place is extremely loud during the weekend brunch especially in the basement. Should I choose to return I will request to be upstairs or on the patio. Might be time to find a new spot though.

My friend and I met for brunch downtown. I was excited when arrived because the dining area upstairs was cute and bright, but quickly disappointed when we were seated in the dark gloomy basement. The upstairs was completely empty, so I was perplexed. The service was ok, but we had to ask for many things that we thought should be obvious, small plates for apps, silverware, etc. The menu looked really good with great brunch offerings. The food was underwhelming upon delivery - small portions, a bit haphazardly plated. Overall it was ok. We do not plan to recommend or return.
