The Bay House Ratings and Reviews
Everything was great. Thanks to Bernadette for taking VERY good care of us.
Central pan roast was very good. The scallop was the best I’ve ever had, I will have to try the scallops plate next time.
The guys had the prime strips steak which they sad was very good as well.
Took my wife for Birthday dinnerService was spectacular! Food was very good but was served warm, not hot. The waitstaff notified Management and he appeared quickly. Lobster was returned to kitchen and returned quickly and hot. Could not have asked for more. A great place to dine.
The food and service was impeccable. Outstanding dishes and each member in our party of four thoroughly enjoyed their dinners. The decor has been updated & reflects the excellent cusine. If you go request a table by the river or outside (weather permitting) & try the excellent black cod, sword fish or scallops.
Christmas dinner for the second year in a row. Great food, terrific service and a very attractive restaurant. there is not a bad table. Beautiful view of the river and mangroves.
The service is welcoming and attentive but not intrusive. The portions are appropriate and delicious. Our favorite restaurant in Naples
The ambience for Christmas eve was beautiful. We where severed our salads which where excellent. But had to ask for the bread. which is definately worth asking for.
We next had appetizers. Which also where above the norm, our daughter had the octopus and found in expectional.
The rest of the dinner was very good. my feeling we may have been full by then and that's why we did not enjoy it as much.
My husband loved the chtistmas feel and said he would go back next year.
We normally bring out of town guest during season and they love the hidden gem.
I would recommend everyone try it at least once. Most the friends we know in town do not realize what they are missing!
We have been going to Bay House for many years, and I chose it for our family of 4 Christmas Eve dinner. It was disappointing. The food was just OK, and I feel it was overpriced. Our son & I ordered one of the evening's specials, and it was extremely undercooked and we had to send it back. I feel that happened in part because they were of course crowded & busy, but I think we were rushed as a result. The bill was several hundred dollars, but we were finished in a little over an hour after being seated. When you take into consideration the time for food prep, and 1st courses, that was very quick! While we will continue to patronize the restaurant, I don't think we will go back for a special occasion.
