We arrived for our booking, which had been confirmed, and rechecked. When we arrived the restaurant was closed! The mandarin went above and beyond helping us with lunch, but the Aubrey fell well short of customer service and liaison. Despite the booking showing being completed.

Excellent as always. The chef even rustled up one of my favourites no longer on the menu, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Always look forward to our visits.

Overall lovely dinner with clients. Food was outstanding and there was lots of it, we had a tasting menu. Upon arrival it was embarrassing to be informed we didn't have a reservation when we in fact did book in advance, thankfully the restaurant was quiet and we were seated.

The food and service was outstanding. The only let down was the crowd. Majority of the dinners were on their phones, aggressive, loud, and no basic manners. appalling behaviour.

Love this place! The library room is stunning. The staff was amazing and really made my hubby’s birthday. The food was on point as always. Thank you!
