Our waiter was very hard to understand, yet we thought he understood us. Appetizer’s: my wife’s wedge salad was very good. The calamari was not; it was chewy and supposed to come with peppers which there was only one of. The dinners came and my was fish was terrific. My duck that I ordered med-well came out rare which seemed odd as the discussion regarding not pink when I ordered it, was lengthy. The waiter took it to be cooked a bit more. By the time it came back, my wife was half done with her meal. It came back so tough and overcooked that neither of us wanted it. The waiter said “let me offer you a piece of fish to make right”. By the time it came out, my wife was done with her meal so I ask the waiter to wrap it up. When they brought the check, it had the fish on it, which was $12 more than the duck. Based on what the waiter had said, we did not expect that. Also, given that all the plate had on it was a piece, it seemed crazy to us so we asked to speak to a manager. We still aren’t sure if it was the owner or a manger but we think it was the owner the way he was talking to all the tables during our meal. Anyway, he said he take care of it and minutes later, the waiter brought the check back with the duck on it and the fish taken off. I guess to adjust the bill; really. We had frequented the restaurant with number of people this season . They ruin our night out and this is how they handle it. Unbelievable!

We enjoyed our dinner very much. Three of the four of us ordered the lobster which was the reason we came here. We were not disappointed.

Wonderful place. Beautiful scenery. The staff was friendly and amazing service. Best martini place. Great food. Even the owner stopped by to speak to us. We had a wonderful time.

T-Michaels never disappoints… We dine here frequently and it is one of our go to upscale restaurants in the Park Shore area of Naples when with friends, family or clients… We always request Cosset to be our server as she is one of the beat we have ever had. Good food can be overshadowed by bad service; we have never experienced this at T-Michaels… The food is always good, prepared properly and the service is impeccable… This visit there were 5 of us, we ordered multiple appetizers the crab cake and shrimp is absolutely to die for… For the main entree’s, we had the Butternut Squash Ravioli, Chilean Sea Bass and three steaks dishes… One was a the rib eye, two were the New York Strip with Shrimp special… we ordered multiple sides to share at the table… Absolutely a phenomenal experience!

Way overpriced for the quality of food and drinks. I don’t mind paying for a really good steak but it was sub par and no flavor. if you’re gonna call yourself a steak house, you should be good at cooking steaks. It was good but no where near my expectations and was not worth the money. Restaurant was beautiful with very nice views though.

I ordered a Delmonico steak and shared it with my wife. When it arrived it was about 1/2 inch thick. The definition of a Delmonico steak is that it is a thick cut. I've never had a thin steak in a real steak house. (BTW our guest liked her steak which was the same as mine.) Our guest had the same steak and expressed satisfaction with hers. The entrée was served while my wife was still working on her salad and my drink was taken away before I completely finished it. On a good note, our waitress was pleasant and helpful. The facility is nicer than a lot of other steak houses in Naples and affords a good view. Being with friends made me forgive the faux pas on the dinner.
