   This restaurant is permanently closed. I was able to make and confirm a reservation, and received multiple reminders, only to find it shuttered upon arrival. Apparently it has gone out of business.

   On this surface this appeared to be a high end restaurant on the 16th St mall in LODO. Turns out this is place has a glorified continental breakfast attached to a chain hotel. Sorely disappointed. We came here for a Mother's Day Brunch which didn't exist. It took nearly an hour to get our food and there was NOONE there... Including staff. Our waiter was the greeter and he was spread very thin. We got our own water from a pitcher he left nearby. We waited 30 mins for the bloody Mary my wife ordered. Definitely not worth the $$$ - we had a party of 6 and we were one of only 3 table in the whole place.

   Had a lovely dinner before attending the symphony last night. I had short ribs and my wife had salmon. Mine was outstanding and hers very good. Our server Carly was very knowledgeable about the menu and her service was excellent. The only flaw in my dinner was too much dressing on my Caesar salad. Next time I’ll ask for it to be lightly dressed. Will eat here again.

   In town and enjoyed our dinner at Super Franc. Carli was outstanding wait-staff and was very knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails. All four of us enjoyed our meals. We had olives and the bread course first, both were very nice. The Spicy Rigatoni with Chicken was good but could have been spicier. The Caesar salad was great, as were the burger (huge!) and the Tuscan hangar steak (about 8-10 oz). I would go again.

   Place was almost empty, but the waiter/bartender JT was fantastic- recommend if you’re looking for a good glass of wine before a show.

   The service was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and perfectly timed. The drinks and food were good, but not outstanding. I'd go back :)

   Super Franc is located in the space formerly occupied by Rialto. This was one of our favorite pre-theater brunch spots so we decided to give it a try. Our server, Anthony, made the experience worthwhile. He was friendly and seated us immediately. We were, in fact, the only patrons in the restaurant on a Saturday at noon. Glancing at the menu, we noticed there were no breakfast/brunch options. Anthony graciously offered to ask the chef to prepare any of those items. The food was fine, nothing special in flavor or presentation. Over the 90 minutes we were there, another couple was seated near us and promptly left when told that no brunch items were available. We know that Super Franc is a chain, so that the menu may be limited in scope and service, but perhaps this spot should consider its location and adjust. There are many theater patrons in the area on Saturdays and Sundays who want brunch prior to the 2 pm show. Extend this courtesy to them! Again, Anthony is a terrific employee! He is attentive without hovering, he is pleasant and humorous, without being intrusive. This could be a great spot with a little tweaking to the menu's availability.
