Very cool ambiance, music, decor, etc. Not to sound like an old person but the music was loud. Great choice in music though. Service was fantastic. I don’t remember his name but he was on point. My NY strip was perfectly cooked but tougher than I would have expected.
I would visit again but I’ll have to wait until my voice comes back after yelling over the music
Good food. Music too loud
There were items we ordered which were incredible. Tuna tartare, calamari, brussel sprouts, lobster pasta—all delicious. The steak? For the price, not worth it. Bland and tasteless. I had crab shell in my crab Oscar which I bit into and swallowed by accident. The server forgot forks, water glasses, and wasn’t nearly as present as he should be. A glass of wine ordered ($20 for one glass mind you) was completely forgotten. When we ordered mini burgers for a five year old, the server neglected to say anything about the carmelized onions, tomatoes and pickles on the burger. The Mac and cheese was extremely bland. These kinds of things may seem minor, but not when you’re paying $50-80 per plate. I feel like I was at a Chili’s or something. The restaurant did comp the wine and offer free dessert. This isn’t even close to enough. I didn’t say much because it was Mother’s Day and I didn’t want to ruin my family’s evening. Overall I’m quite disappointed with my experience and won’t be returning.
Overall the food was great but it would have been nice to know that side dishes were enough for two people
I ordered the tomahawk steak it came burnt.
Steak was great, everything else was ehh.
First time having brunch there but definitely not the last. the whole vibe was just right and the food was good as always with the exception of my egg toast was so hard I couldn't bite thru it and it took a long time to get our food but it was mother's day so we expected the crowd and the wait time that comes with it. The manager did apologize and gave us a really good discount but I can't wait to go back still.
The service was amazing. The manager was really nice and friendly .
The sparkler birthday cake was an amazing surprise and so fun!
Service is absolutely 5 stars. The Spinalis and Crab Oscar was incredible. Cocktails were mostly good, Old Fashioned was disappointing. Brussel Sprouts were only okay.
Overall a very high end experience with food and drinks that are overpriced for what you get. Great for a fun date night or celebration, but the food and drinks alone definitely don’t justify the price tag. Fun to do once, but not anywhere near the top of my list to return to
The service was amazing. Andrea Specifically was a fantastic server.
Great time Tyler was the best waiter awesome atmosphere fun fun fun
It was amazing and the service was impeccable!
Excellent service. Great food. They accidentally made us double drinks due to a printer issue- no charge! Waitress and overall staff very accommodating. My son is in a wheelchair and we needed to switch tables. They did so seamlessly
Our server was very good and the food was delicious
After reading the reviews about services and wait time, I didn’t know what to expect, but our experience was excellent. Our waiter was very nice. I believe his name was Eric! Our food wait time was not long at all, our the meat was cooked perfectly! We will definitely be back.
The steaks were good but really not worth $80 each. Sides were ok. The truffle fries were meh. Dessert was the pan cookie ala'mode. Nothing to write home about. Finally, there was a DJ who seemed intent on making my ears bleed. No clue why they had a DJ blasting away at a dinner spot. THE STAFF WAS PHENOMENAL! Overall, the experience was mediocre and underwhelming at best; and no where close to being worth the $600 + 20% tip we dropped there. If you're into spending a boatload of money for average food, this is definitely your place!
Some items were no longer available but we were given ample time to make informed decisions. The steak we ordered was not cooked to our specified request, so the manager graciously comped it for us. Great recommendations on wine from our server, too.
Service was horrible , took forever to get anything. Food was horrible cold butter for lobster , and the most ridiculous dessert for such a high end restaurant, literally a small waffle cone filled with some store bought Oreo filling:( Multiple people complaining to the managers as they basically laughed in their faces! Then also have you piece of paper when you sat down telling you that you have 90 mins , they could not even get us served in 90 min. The only good part about this experience was the DJ
Reservations management system needs work. Customers stand on street for way too long waiting for table even with a reservation. Music is too loud to have conversation. Food is excellent but the ambience and customer service experience need work.
Really fun and delicious dining experience here on a Saturday night during restaurant week!
It was probably mediocre due to Restaurant Week ... just bad timing. We’d try it again on a quieter night.
It was my fifth STK. Great food and service with a fun atmosphere. I go here purposely because of that and the DJ
I expected high end meat cooked to perfection
None of the 3 of our steaks were that
Trendy place for sure nice cocktails and wine list
But definitely had better steaks elsewhere in the city
It’s loud and expensive. The food is good. Probably won’t go back.
We sat in outdoor dining on sidewalk tent. They tried to make it look nice but it was loud. We went for restaurant week. Decent selection on menu and the $45 was worth it with upgrades if wanted. Steak was seared nicely and rare cook was on spot.
Great birthday dinner for my husband
It was nice...funny environment...great music..will go back!
Restaurant week food was not on par with any other fine dinning restaurant in Denver. Examples capital grille, Eddie vs. my “10oz” fillet”Was Not a 10 oz fillet. 6-7 at the most.
But the dessert! Who approved this?! 2 sugar cones with a sad “cheesecake filling” with Oreo crumbs thrown on a plate.! Also 2 on a plate which no one ate! Horrible! I llove and have been to so many stk’s Vegas, New York, orlando , Miami. This is not an stk. I wanted to love it. But couldn’t.
Total waste of serious cash. I was in the middle of finishing my meal and the server basically pulled it off the table. I understand we are in a difficult time with Covid but when I spend $400 for a meal for 2 I expect outstanding everything. Wouldn’t return
I would not recommend their weekend brunch. Their food and drinks are way overpriced and taste average. The service was just ok. I will probably not go back. Thank you.
Took over an hour to get our food. Understandable for a Friday night, but the service was well below average for the cost. Food was mediocre, could barely hear conversation over the music. Kind of disappointed.
Absolutely the worst meal of my life!! We ordered ribeye and it was so thin it was truly comical. We’ve ordered Outback kid’s meals that were better. The fact the kitchen would send this out really speaks volumes about STK.
To put it simple, this place is just not worth the time and money. First, the place gives off a pretentious vibe. Even though we made a reservation for 8:15, we still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. The bread that they brought to the table was the driest bread I’ve ever had. They were out of several of the appetizers and wine that we selected. I had the Delmonico steak with asparagus, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. All were just ok. Not bad, but simply not worth the price point (our tab was about $550 for 3 people). Overall, this place is all flash and no substance. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially when considering the thousands of other great restaurants in Denver.
Very mediocre food for the cost. Steak was very bland which is probably why they asked you to choose a sauce. The normal STK sauce tastes too similar like ketchup. Our waitress was nice, but overall I’d recommend finding another steakhouse for the cost you’re paying.
The food is not great at alllllllll. I won’t be coming back.
Extremely loud. Terribly long wait for the table and food. They lay a flyer down on your table that you have 90 minutes to eat but at 90 minutes you still haven’t received you meal and you have that ugly large paper to look at. Obnoxious manager who made inappropriate jokes about poor service and when i agreed with him he gave me attitude. Such a weird experience. Not coming back for sure!
So amazing!!! From the greet, to the atmosphere, to the service, food, EVERYTHING!!! Go here and experience greatness!!!!
