Great experience, food was awesome and service was great.
Everything is always so great here. Micky was really helpful and super friendly!
My husband had the cheesesteak sandwich. The flavor was good but the meat was chopped up too fine. He would give it a 7 out of 10. On the other hand, l would give my meal a 1 out of 10. I had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Everything was very salty and, therefore, not very appetizing. We were visiting from out of state and both agreed that if we lived in Denver we would not eat at Steuben’s again.
Been enjoying Steuben’s since they opened and never disappointed! Great place with great service, food and atmosphere.
Service was a little slow. One of our meals had to be sent back it was unacceptable. It was the huevos rancheros. Just wasn’t made the traditional way. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
Excellent attention to detail and the food is ALWAYS good!
It's a weird time to be dining out but the staff at Steuben's keep the hospitality going regardless! This is always our first stop when we come to Denver and will be back!
Steuben's has always been a favorite place of mine and still is. During this pandemic and if the weather is nice, I would sit outside. Inside was a little dark and gloomy especially on a first date lol. Service was great and food was just as good. Besides the Brussel sprouts being a bit burned but who is complaining here?
Overall, Steuben's is great. However there's two major annoyances around service.
1: There was a line at check in. There was also THREE people working the single tablet for check in, and more than one server popped in and out during this time to assist. There was a party of 13 who believed they had been given an exception to the current limits of party sizes and all three people were going over and over the tablet to try to figure out who talked to them, how this happened, how will they make it work, etc.
In my opinion, it would have been easier to say "Let's take the line and then get back to you in a moment" as we, the people behind them, had reservations and were not a complicated boondoggle.
However two people stood there---one person telling the other one what to do and a third person just stood there watching!
2: Getting to our seats, we were one of 5 parties seated in the area. 10 full minutes passed before we were greeted or acknowledged---meanwhile servers are at the bar and register and congregating and talking and serving other tables. It's infuriating to see this.
I finally had to approach someone and ask for service, after which it was fine and of course we got checked on repeatedly.
The food is great. And I totally get we're in a very tough situation lately but common sense, guys.
Great experience for Sunday brunch and appreciate they are practicing all of the Covid safety measures. Thanks for a great time!
My friend and I went for breakfast. I had the Greek Hash and was an absolute idiot, didn't realize it had meat in it. As a vegetarian for the last 26 years I normally don't make that mistake. Instead of making me feel like a dumb dumb for that, the server didn't even hesitate and just said, "That's not a problem at all! We can make it with avocado instead!" and they did. And it was completely delicious. As were their potatoes. I wish I could marry their potatoes.
The server and service in general here was A+++++
Their patio is cute too. But bring sunglasses!
Great food and great ambiance! One of my favorite places in Denver.
It was great to get back to Steuben’s!! The staff did an amazing job for only being reopened for two days and were upbeat and happy. Food was great and we had a good time!
It was our first time out to dinner since the pandemic began. Steuben's did everything right. It felt great to be out and feel that a business was making safety a top priority.
Great dinner, great food!
Fabulous place for our 11 and 8 year old granddaughters- they licked their plates clean! The 8 year old even tried the edamame and ate it all. The Bingo game was a huge hit and kept them engaged before their meals came. Brillant idea! My husband and I ordered the lobster rolls (Maine) which were okay abit dry needed more mayo and celery but not outstanding. The cookie dough donuts were awesome and our server knew how to make ice coffee- you would be surprised how many hundred servers in CO. I have taught to make ice coffee over the last 40 years. We will be back with or without granddaughters.
Really great Cubano! Th black metal railing outside gets hot in the sun if you're at the table without an umbrella - be careful!
It’s always good b
Went for Denver Restaurant Week offer. Great lobster rolls! They’re usually WAY too expensive but the DRW offer was decent. We had a very enjoyable experience.
Food was great....and Gabby's service was extraordinary.
Excellent food, and extremely prompt service. Noise level made it somewhat difficult to communicate.
Delicious and great ambience. Good food and value, nice dining experience.
Lobster roll was delicious!
Always great food and service at Steuben’s. Best neighborhood restaurant!
We have been here a few times before and loved it! This time, we are pretty disappointed by the food. The latkes were super hard and almost inedible. Some portions are really small and other persons were gigantic. Food was warmish. Staff was overall friendly but seemed overwhelmed. Maybe it’s just not a good place for brunch? This was our first time visiting for brunch. Unfortunate, but we probably won’t return.
Lobster roils during restaurant week were fabulous and a great value.
I love the lobster rolls at Steuben's, and to find them featured on the $25 Denver Restaurant Week menu was a deal I couldn't pass up. In addition to a toasted, buttered roll packed with very generous serving of lobster, you also got a choice of clam chowder or salad, French fries and butterscotch pudding -- all of which were delicious. Service was great, too, on a packed Friday night. I'm going to try and get back again -- with a friend, this time -- before Restaurant Week ends. It was that good!
Birthday dinner. Food came out wrong. The menu was not updated so what I ordered no longer existed but I wasn’t told that. I don’t like bones in my chicken so I specifically ordered a dish that said bone pressed chicken. When I got my dinner it was a full on half chicken. Ruined my appetite. I definitely feel like the restaurant has gone downhill since it opened and I have last been there.
Came for the hot chicken! Was tasty but not Nashville hot enough sorry. The mac was outstanding and the cocktails delish!
Steuben’s is a place we know we can count on for great food & a fun vibe. We always take out of town visitors here because of that!
The waitress came around maybe once. We had to go get our own drinks at the bar.
Took a group of students out for a nice dinner.
