   Great food, a bit pricey and the wines were expensive. Not noisy but it wasn’t full either. Sadly, they did start clearing up whilst we were still there and I don’t really expect to see staff taking the bins out. All in all a nice little find and different from the normal restaurants. Give it a go, it is worth it.

   Best ever german food experience. The waitress who served us was really paying attention to our table. The food tasted very authentic. Being from Munich and lived here for quit a while. I have to say it felt a bit like home. Will be back for sure.

   The kitchen and service had a MAJOR problem when we visited. We were sitting down for 1 hour and 20 minutes before any food arrived. drinks were brought to the table at an amazing slow pace and we had to ask 5 times for them. We were going to theatre and were running out of time after the 1,20 minutes wait. the service had no idea of what was happening in the kitchen. so in the end we did not get all our dishes (they were coming out one every 5 minutes after the 1.20 mins' wait) which means that some of us did not eat or had to share the only plate which had arrived on the table, and we had to go to the theatre. It was not relaxing, everybody was complaining and other people left too without eating. In the end they did not charge us anything which was the only good thing about the whole experience.

   The food wasn't very good at all. All 5he meat dishes we ordered were very dry, especially pork! Some mains on the menue weren't available either. It is not worth it especially for the price we paid. The beer was good though.

   Make no mistake; we've been here twice now and both times service was slow. Expect to hail waiters as they walk past rather than having one come to your table. Aside from that, this is a lovely place. The banana and coconut milkshake is divine and comes in a wonderfully large Stein. The food was delicious. If the service was better this could be a great place

   Great location for Albert Hall, great menu for kids, slightly cramped but nice ambience, food was so so

   Good service. Food was simple but nice. Lovely Scandi decor. Not too expensive for the location.

   Really poor service, we had to wait long time for everything, the service was so slow that we couldn’t order a dessert or coffee; we had to wait a long time even to pay....we have been several times to the Richmond Stein’s and the food was much better.

   Love eating in this restaurant.. food and service always excellent... bit noisy this time round due to big groups having their Christmas office "do" however the staff coped really well and made us very welcome.

    Nice atmosphere for winter time. And same very good quality as Steins Richmond and perfect location!!
