   First, the staff members who greeted us at the hostess podium were lovely!!! Friendly and welcoming! Then our server, Andrea, was so very delightful!!! She is truly a jewel!!!!There was no "attitude" from anyone!!! The entire team was outstanding!!!!We say this because we had had a different experience when Sails first opened and didn't come back until now. The impetus for our return was a combination of curiosity and wanting to take our friends somewhere very special to them to celebrate birthdays. Even the seating was far more comfortable than we recalled. We had a very wonderful table in the window, half banquette with back cushions. Now the food!!! OMG every bite was beyond delicious!!! We shared a large fish, a variety of snapper. It was wood grilled with delicious accompaniments - mashed potatoes that were ethereal and out of this world mushrooms, roasted vegetables, and asparagus. Somewhere in the mix were sea beans, related I think to seaweed but so delicious. First we had starters including octopus, artichoke salad, tomato salad, and avocado and crabmeat. Each plate was gorgeous and so yummy!!!! I nearly forgot the out of this world amuse bouche with pork. Our wine was also lovely. The service was gorgeous without being overly formal. Our desserts - oh my!!!! they included apple tarte tatin with a crust like no other, sticky toffee pudding, (others serve it but not like this one) and the yoghurt. I have never enjoyed a dining experience more!!!! There were also Happy Birthday printed menus and complimentary after dinner wine. Incredible!!!!! Thank You!!!! We will look forward to returning when we are back in Naples in the fall!!!

   A wonderful dining experience. Great service akin to highly starred Michelin restaurants. And food all around was excellent, especially or favorites, Dover sole and soufflés.

   The food was incredible / don’t miss their cocktail menu, which was well thought out, intricate and very tasty.

   This felt very over whelming. The food was ok. The wine list was bad. They brought out two bottles that were not drinkable. The bill had 20% baked in for a sub par food and dining experience. I would not recommend or eat her again.

   Always phenomenal This is the ‘place to be ‘ for Brunch Nationally !! Make sure you have your loose pants and dresses!! The absolute best anywhere!!

    Our waitress was outstanding. The overall service is attentive without being annoying. The food and presentation were top-notch. This is dining-chef's kiss.
