   We enjoyed our business meeting starting off with a fabulous seafood tower. Mara was an outstanding waitress. The atmosphere is wonderful and the general manager cares about his customers.

   Service was very friendly and attentive (Thanks Santiago!) and the food was excellent. The manager came by to make sure all was in order. Would definitely recommend.

   First, parking is difficult due to the construction, and this in now way is a reflection of Ruth's Chris, but signage would be very helpful. It's impossible to access the restaurant through the parking garage due to all the fencing. We were not greeted in a friendly or welcoming manner when we arrived. Second, the wait staff was not friendly, the bus boys did not fill our water glasses, clear the extra table setting even though we were asked twice if a 4th person was going to join us. Our waitress had to do the work of the bus boys. We were celebrating both a milestone birthday and a retirement and usually the restaurant goes out of their way to make it special but that did not happen either. For the price of the restaurant, one expects a much higher caliber experience. I don't think this will be our go-to celebration restaurant again.

   Delicious. Best steak I’ve ever had. Quite expensive; but it guess that’s what we’re paying for with class A service

   Special birthday dinner for my daughter. Unfortunately, our server was incredibly inattentive. We were seated very near the bar, and watched our server concentrate more-so on making/mixing drinks for other patrons, and talking with other employees. I was however helped by a couple of other servers who happened to walk by and bring our bread/butter after inquiring if indeed we wanted any, and I’ve for our Pellegrino. When I ordered I specifically asked for extra crust onion strings with our salads as well as with our meal. I had to keep asking for those, as well as drink refills, steak sauce etc. I never have this issue when dining here previously I usually have incredible dining experiences at the particular Ruth Chris. Unfortunately this dinner was a special occasion that I wish would’ve gone better.

   The staff was amazing from getting checked in, to management. Everyone was there to help and make sure we enjoyed our dinner. They helped us select our meal and it exceeded our expectations. Definitely a team effort with amazing reults. Look forward to our next reservation.

   Ruth’s in ABQ is always consistent in quality and service, if you want a nice steak dinner this is the place to go, get the 11 oz. Filet, always done perfectly

   Another great meal, with excellent service. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, and the side dishes were also delicious. Excellent wine, desserts, and port.

    I was seated 20 minutes after my arrival - I arrived on time for my reservation. It took 20 minutes for someone to take my order. Most Ruth Criss places are excellent. This is an exception. Same experience 6 years ago. I will not be back.
