Rock and Brews is our go-to when visiting Knotts Berry Farm. Everything is always perfect, especially the service. It’s great for kids because there is great music playing and no one should be disturbed by energetic kids. Great beer selection too.

Made reservations sat down on time, so I thought this was going to be great service. Nope! Took over an hour to get your food. Service was just as horrible as it took several times to request items. We received our appetizer and asked for silverware, plate and napkins, which took 30min to get and by the time we were able to eat it the foo was cold. Then our meals took an additional hour, which e kept being told “it’s next out.” Mind you no one apologized or had anything to say regarding why the service was so bad and the food took so long. The waitress only said “I’ve been dealing with horrible kitchen staff all day.” Umm okay. Needless to say we will not be coming back and we visit Knotts often so this is off our list.

We were sat at a high table when we asked not to be. Refused to sit us at regular table although many were open, we had a reservation. Waitresses didn’t come over much to ask us what we wanted, needed throughout the meal. Sat by big open sliding door so was cold whole time.

The ambiance is great. The service was really slow, the server didn't know the menu. Our drinks took forever to come out and servers changed mid-dinner and new server didn't check on us and we had to chase her down. I've been to other locations and this is the first time service has been this bad.

Making and modifying reservations was so easy. The front desk staff were just kind of hanging around. Not sure if that's truly what they're supposed to do until a guest has to ask them for the same thing 3 times? No eye contact once you come in and check in with them. You go up to them, give them your name and they just kind of look at each other, share weird looks and say "sure, we have a table for you". Maybe I'm just reading between the lines here. Our server, I believe "Araceli" was her name? She was great. Very informative of what the establishment and menu has to offer. She made fantastic reservations. The place was just like a regular sports bar with multiple big screens. Came in at around 3PM and place was busy but not hectic. The place wasn't alive or anything as I was hoping it would be. Maybe it's better to come at night time? I don't know.

I’ve been to this location multiple times . The cleanest of this location was disappointing, as soon has my family and I sat down you could smell a hint of old wet rags which means they kept reusing the same rags over and over through out the day to clean the tables . There was a few gnats flying around our seating area . The server was just ok not to impressed with her quality of service . Food and drinks were a little pricey for what we ordered . Overall My family and I are disappointed .

Do not get the blackened chicken pasta. It only had about 3 tiny pcs of chicken and for almost 20$, not worth it. Besides that plate. My kids burgers were good size and delicious. I like the bar set up with plenty of tv’s to watch any sporting game

Service was slow, got my order wrong and took forever to get my order back out.
