Our server was excellent, unfortunately the food was average. I always want to give this restaurant a try as it’s beautiful and quiet but it’s food always lets us down
After sitting waited over an hour for dinner and the food was not of high quality. The waitress was fine except for slow service
Service people friendly and attentive. Food not great.
Excellent service & food! Will be back again!
Overall, a very nice experience. The food and service was excellent. The kitchen was a bit sluggish but we we not in a hurry so it it not bother us.
Overall, not impressed. Hostess was not available, the server that stepped in to support was super kind and helpful.
The Brussels sprouts were not seasoned at all, texture was amazing though.
The lavender cocktail was cold which was a nice touch.
The server was not attentive and didn’t even ask us how our appetizer was before she took our food order.
Beautiful location but small and intimate.
Bathrooms were gorgeous and clean.
I expected more from this beautiful location, a bit bummed.
Salmon was a little over cooked but still flavorful, fries looked like they had been pre cooked and reheated.
Food was delicious and came out quickly. We had reservations and got seated as soon as we arrived
This was our second visit to 10 Below, both of which were lovely in every way. We will be back!
We had an exceptional experience at 10 Below will become one of our regular spots! The service was perfect, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and made a very special night. Amazing value for the quality and variety.
Date night experience. Food was excellent. Ambience was what you would expect. One of our favorite restaurants in Bend.
if you want to stay in the hotel and not go in the rain this is a very good meal
Can't stop thinking about the food and cocktails! Server and Hostess went out of their way. Would recommend!
I wouldn’t waste the money or time on the basic food they sell here. The food wasn’t awful, but it was not what we were expecting from a restaurant attached to a high end boutique hotel. My hubby got the burger and it was dry and bland, with fries that were fine. Basically what you would expect at a family cookout or maybe a dive bar, not a nice restaurant. I got the pasta and it was edible, but nothing great. The service was fine. Overall an ok experience, but definitely won’t be back again with all of the other amazing options in downtown Bend.
Second time to 10 below on our stay in Bend! The Salmon with risotto was great. My wife's chicken was really good too. Great wine selection and prices were fair. The quality of the food is above average for the price. I would say the filet is a better option that the salmon but it was still amazing. Get the sizzling cauliflower and brussels appetizer!
Dominick was an amazing server and bartender, every drink he may was outstanding!
If I could give this no stars I would. Service was terrible from start to finish. Was seated at 11am and there was 1 other table. Took waitress 20 minutes to come back take our order. They have a limited menu items so it left about 8 items to chose from and they didn’t mention they were out of some before we ordered. My son got pancakes and I got the crab and avocado eggs Benedict. I could see the kitchen from our seat and our meals sat under the “warmer” for 10 minutes before they were brought to us-cold and there were multiple crab shells in my breakfast. She did clear the other table in the restaurants plates and I watched her and she didn’t wash nor sanitize her hands before picking up our plates from the kitchen. Pretty awful considering the virus going around. Needless to say it was a failed meal.
Everything was amazing! The food was perfect!
Very quaint upscale restaurant with amazing food! Had the brussels sprouts to start and then a filet with some great wine followed by the chocolate mousse and some port! My kids loved the food as well! We are visiting from Northern CA and will be back for sure.
This is a definitely a cool little restaurant, however... it took SO long to get our drinks out. Our appetizers came out before our cocktails. This to us is unexceptable- the cocktails are the conversation starters and we expect them within 2 minutes of ordering. We were informed that this restaurant is known for its meat so everyone at our table ordered the filet and shrimp. While it was cooked well, the filet had NO flavor. It was disappointing. And the shrimp was tough like a rubber tire. They definitely need to step up their meat game. Our waitress was super sweet and amazing- she’s from the Midwest like us so we got along great! It’s not like we don’t have any legs to stand on- most of us worked at high end restaurants back home so we know the standards that should come from meals with $20-$30 prices.
All this being said, we will return! Even though it took too long to get our drinks they were really good! We may not join them for dinner again unless they step up their culinary game though.
This was the first day of the reopening in town and they were awesome. Great food and service everyone was enjoying their night. We loved it
The crab cakes were delicious, almost all crab with very little filler. The petite filet mignon and shrimp were so flavorful and the sear on the steak was the best I'd ever had.
Dishes looked good but tasted bland. Plating could use some work as well.
Great service. The food was pretty amazing. I had a filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly. Their drinks are very yummy! Great Happy Hour.
Great ambience/decor, top notch service amongst hostess, waiter (Drew) and the manager, who stopped by our table. Gotta luv the NY steak and filet mignon. The sauce that goes with the shrimp is out of this world. Price is no more than the other finer establishments in downtown Bend. We will be going back again.
I had the crab stuffed prawns with small tender grilled asparagus and they were fabulous! My husband had the salmon and raved about it. We will come back her again. Yummy!
Had reservations, got out at a tiny table sandwiched in between tables, super loud and no one came to take our order. We ended up leaving and going to the Brick House.
The food was not good. Service was great.
Last minute reservation on a Friday night as first choice restaurant had a 45 minute wait. Sat in a booth in the lounge area which was great for conversation. Bar wasn’t too busy so noise level was comfortable. Nice variety of items on menu and very tasty. Server was excellent, attentive without being overwhelming. A reliable choice Downtown!
Very high quality ingredients, prepared by true Chefs, wonderful presentations. Great value as well.
Had a 5:30pm reservation for 5. We ordered, and food was finally delivered 2 hours later. Mostly, anyway, as one meal was brought to our table 25 minutes after the other 4 meals. Also, one meal was not what the waiter described (gluten free bread requested and promised--no bread at all served). Skip 10 Below, many better restaurants to choose from.
Appreciate being able to have the longboard to celebrate
A very cozy space that is warm and inviting. There is seating for large groups and a very cute bar for a happy hour. The service is a bit slow and I enjoyed the pace.
We went for Christmas dinner and could have more varied selection of food. All was pretty much the same tasting for side dishes and salads. Prime Rib was good. No bread rolls.
Server had rude attitude, food not as we ordered, quality was very poor, waited over an hour from ordering food to getting any of it
Christmas Eve dinner and it was great. We love 10 Below and go there quite often.
Breakfast with friends!
We went for our anniversary after a movie date. Katie, our waitress was terrific. We went early so it was not overcrowded and the noise level was low. The food (Tarragon Chicken and New York Steak) was fine, but not extraordinary. The courtesy dessert was a nice touch. Would go back, but not for a special occasion. We did enjoy our evening.
Went for Thanksgiving dinner. Didnt get what we ordered, food was cold and bland.
Thanksgiving Day - when I make a reservation I expect to sit in the restaurant, not the convention room. Shame on me for not asking to sit in the actual restaurant. The food was fine but not work the $60 per plate. The staff was friendly and under other circumstances I am guessing my review would be more positive.
We were so pleasantly surprised with our dinner at 10 Below - we booked because we were attending a concert in the same venue and while we have dined there before it had been quite some time. We had an excellent meal- steaks, duck ravioli, and a mushroom appetizer- and all four of us were happy with our experience. Excellent wine selection and the opportunity to add a salad for a reasonable price. Definitely would return. Heard this was a relatively new chef and for all of us, he is hitting it out of the park!
