Please note that you will be charged the full menu price on the day alongside any extras, drinks and a discretionary 15% service charge. The food was, as expected, exceptional. What really made the experience so pleasant was the service. The restaurant staff was not intimidating at all, given the reputation. Thank you Petrus team! Will definitely be back!

We recently visited your restaurant and truly appreciate the effort and ambition it takes to hold a Michelin star. However, we felt that several aspects could benefit from some attention to live up to that standard. The appetizers were generally fine, although the last one we tried had a challenging taste profile. The bread felt a bit uninspiring and did not seem freshly made, which detracted somewhat from the overall experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant gave us the impression that the interior might not have been refreshed for quite some time, and we believe a refurbishment could really help elevate the overall guest experience. Across the tasting menu, we unfortunately did not encounter a dish that stood out as extraordinary, including the scallops, which we had high expectations for. We hope this feedback is helpful and can serve as motivation to revisit the menu and ensure the kitchen’s execution reflects the quality associated with your Michelin star. Lastly, we would also encourage expanding the white Burgundy selection in the £200–£500 range; we found only one option (Saint Aubin), and it would have been great to have a broader choice in this category. We share this feedback with genuine respect and in the hope of seeing your restaurant flourish in the future.

We went for the set lunch. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We picked a bottle of not so expensive white wine which tasted really good. On the whole, good food, good service, good value.
