   Great Lunch Menu with more than fair prices. Server was horrible but I think that was a one off as the table behind us seemed to get better service from the other staff

   First of all the view is great but that’s all that’s probably good about this place. The service is horrible and food is definitely not worth the price. I came to celebrate my birthday after being recommend by friends and family to this restaurant. My husband and I sat down at our table and not only did it take almost 20 mins for server to greet us but on top of that took another 20 mins before our drinks had reached our table. Once we placed our order for our entree our server then came once to check up on our table to assure she was going to see what was the wait. She then proceeded to ignore us for the next 40 min not assuring us of our order. It was only when I spoke to the manager was he able to bring our food out in under 5 min. From the time we placed our order to receiving was near an hour. By then the food was no longer hot but on the colder side. Very disappointing and I definitely won’t be recommending anyone to this restaurant.

   Absolutely horrific service! It took one hour to get a drink and another to get lunch! They have a fabulous view so they get away with average food, $150.00 lunch & agonizingly slow service.

   Haven't been to Orange Hill restaurant since it's been remodeled. They did a lovely job updating. Enjoyed a tasty lunch on the patio. Thought the coconut shrimp appetizer was especially tasty!

   Went here for our anniversary and may I say it was an amazing experience!. Everything from the service, the food, the ambiance it was just like something straight out of a romantic movie, we even got a complimentary brownie dessert for our anniversary. I will most definitely be returning and I recommend anyone who hasn’t been here to definitely come by and enjoy the food, drinks and the experience itself.

   Service, food and staff were all outstanding. Noise level made cross table conversation a little difficult but not impossible. The view and setting have made this spot one of our favorites for 25 years! Love it!

    We made reservations at Orange Hill for two birthdays that we were celebrating. From the very beginning things were not going as expected. They took long to get our drinks and when we ordered our appetizers they took for ever to come out. Our server was attending other tables (right behind our table) and never once came to us unless we called her. She never came by to take or order for our main course we had to ask another staff member. She mentioned that she was going home and brought the other server to introduce us to her. We thought that that this server was going to be better but same thing. She never stopped to ask if we were okay or if we needed anything. We had a third server, she was a little older than our previous two servers. She always asked if we needed anything every time she passed by. We had an incident happen with one of our family members and the server was right on it. She asked if we needed anything, water, ice packets, medicine, etc. The manger ended up coming to our table to ensure that we were okay. I just wish that we would have gotten the name of that last server. She is an outstanding person. Great personality and outgoing. We always go to orange hill for special celebrations. I hope she is our sever every single time!! She definitely needs a raise unlike the other two.
