   Went here for our anniversary and may I say it was an amazing experience!. Everything from the service, the food, the ambiance it was just like something straight out of a romantic movie, we even got a complimentary brownie dessert for our anniversary. I will most definitely be returning and I recommend anyone who hasn’t been here to definitely come by and enjoy the food, drinks and the experience itself.

   Service, food and staff were all outstanding. Noise level made cross table conversation a little difficult but not impossible. The view and setting have made this spot one of our favorites for 25 years! Love it!

   We made reservations at Orange Hill for two birthdays that we were celebrating. From the very beginning things were not going as expected. They took long to get our drinks and when we ordered our appetizers they took for ever to come out. Our server was attending other tables (right behind our table) and never once came to us unless we called her. She never came by to take or order for our main course we had to ask another staff member. She mentioned that she was going home and brought the other server to introduce us to her. We thought that that this server was going to be better but same thing. She never stopped to ask if we were okay or if we needed anything. We had a third server, she was a little older than our previous two servers. She always asked if we needed anything every time she passed by. We had an incident happen with one of our family members and the server was right on it. She asked if we needed anything, water, ice packets, medicine, etc. The manger ended up coming to our table to ensure that we were okay. I just wish that we would have gotten the name of that last server. She is an outstanding person. Great personality and outgoing. We always go to orange hill for special celebrations. I hope she is our sever every single time!! She definitely needs a raise unlike the other two.

   Jonathan our server was excellent. He was very attentive. He had a great personality and extremely nice.

   Reservation set for 6pm and my son and I arrived at approximately 5:45pm. Met with the hostess and were asked to sit in the bar while our table was being set. We sat in the bar and waited 45 mins with no contact from the hostess. We returned to the front desk and asked how much longer until our table would be ready. We were told 10 additional minutes. Meanwhile we witnessed patrons enter and be seated in front of us. After another 10 minute wait we spoke with the hostess again and were informed indirectly that our reservations were given to another group. Shortly there after we were finally seated. Our waitress was nice, but stretched thin. She has approximately 5 tables and 1 large party of approximately 8-10 people. Steaks were good but pricey for the quality and size. This experience was unfortunate as I have eaten there on a few occasions and have yet to experience this type of customer experience. We will not be back.

   This was my first time visiting this restaurant after hearing so much about it. I was not disappointed. The ambiance was amazing; fantastic views! Service was outstanding and the food was delicious. I will definitely place this on my go to list.
