Whatever his philosophy is, it's working. We've come to love Stephane's beautifully restrained Sonoma Coast Pinot Noirs & Chardonnays. So much so, in fact, that we're hosting Stephane on Wednesday, July 16th, for our next Winemaker Dinner of 2025. We invite you to join us as we taste six of Stephane's delicious wines, paired with a cleverly crafted 'French-ish' four-course menu imagined by Chef German. We look forward to serving you!

I was in search of a fresh, spicy dish and got exactly what I hoped. The Aguachille was amazing and I sampled dish from the happy hour menu, crispy rice with spicy tuna - both are an explosion of flavors. I sat outside and people watched while enjoying my lunch. I recommend 10/10, it’s worth the trip!

Highly Recommend! My childhood friends and I had a wonderful meal during our visit. The atmosphere was delightful and the staff attentive. I will most definitely come back when I am back in Orange County.

Its a well intentioned restaurant with nice people but the food is not consistent with the high price and the meals are not exciting to the palette they become monotonous after a few bites and don't leave the diner with a memorable culinary experience.

Excellent poke bowl - the perfect lunch for a warm day. My lunch companion enjoyed her spicy mussels too. Good but unobtrusive service and a very clean environment.

Truly The Best Dining Experience In Years. Rarely do I have a memorable dining experience at an Orange County restaurant. O Sea is the exception and was great in all respects - from the friendly, accommodating hostess, to the wonderful menu choices, to the great service. I went to O Sea with an out of town guest who wanted to share several small plates and one main dish. She asked the waitress not to bring everything together, but to space out each dish. The waitress timed everything perfectly - the service was attentive without being intrusive. Each dish was perfectly prepared. I would highly recommend the halibut - and I am not usually a big halibut fan! In short - I cannot wait to go back and am so excited to finally have a favorite OC restaurant that I can brag about to my L. A. friends!
