The food was excellent, the service was great. It is a little pricey.

We came for my birthday dinner. I came specifically for the southern fried chicken, and it as outstanding! The "four cheese" grits was a great complement. My wife had the chicken marsala over grits, and it was mouthwatering. Service was not stellar, but not bad either.

food and service was good as usual. They have done a nice job of social distancing, setting up the restaurant to be both cozy and distanced at the same time. staff was well protected with gloves and masks, and taking it seriously. This was nice to see, keep it up!

Food was great although I was sad I couldn't get the deviled eggs. Good safety measures in place.

We enjoyed our evening. The food was hot and delicious. We started with the fried green tomato with pork belly. I enjoyed the chicken Marsala that turned southern with the cheese grits. We finished with cinnamon apple bread pudding. Our server was good and helpful and attentive.

I just love this restaurant. The staff is awesome and the food is delicious. Highly recommended

Cole slaw with the chicken would have been better if it was chopped. To hard to eat.
Pork chop was too thick. I realize the bone in was not available. Fried broccoli was excellent and I would eat it as a meal!!! Coconut pie was excellent.

Not a bad hang out. They were very full but social distancing was in effect. They have a great cocktail menu and the food is fantastic our server was polite and attentive. The only thing I wish they would have is more dessert options. Maybe it’s a limited menu due to coronavirus, but all in all a nice night out.

Chicken Parmigiana and Gorgonzola Steak we’re both delicious. House Reisling was not good.

Outstanding service food ambience

We were first seated at a small single table with small metal chairs that my 6’5 boyfriend could barely sit on. He felt like he was sitting at a child’s table. So we asked if we could move to a different table and they immediately found us a new table. It was our second time dining at NC but our first time for brunch. The food was amazing! I ordered the short rib benny and my boyfriend got the breakfast pizza. We don’t know why we waited so long to come for brunch. We will definitely be back for brunch again!

Thought it was overpriced...drinks $ meal were expensive. $21 for a chunk of salmon & a little cauliflower?

Just an awesome spot and never a bad meal....

I love this place. The music is great and the food is wonderful. I love the Salmon. I plan to try everything. Oh and the bread pudding divine.

I’ve ate at this restaurant several times and each time I’ve had the fried chicken and it’s always delicious, crunchy and seasoned with perfection. However, this time it wasn’t crunchy with hardly any season and moist. If the recipe was changed please return to the old recipe. It was like eating KFC! It wasn’t good at all.

Nice menu with interesting choices, many of them available with vegetarian options. In addition to the full bar they have several wines available on tap like their tap beers, meaning you can always get a fresh glass and not one from a bottle opened three days ago. Also excellent house made desserts. Service is exemplary. One of our favorite spots.
