   Loved that we were running late for our reservation and when I called the hostess was so accommodating and able to move our reservation 30 mins. We were seated where we wanted, server Jasmine was so attentive but not too attentive. The traditional fried chicken dinner was delicious and came out quickly, possibly too quick however that was ok with us. Only complaint may be that our drinks are not included in the “dinner”.

   Melanie was our service, she was very patient and understanding as two of us had food allergies. Our food was very good with large portions.

   The chicken was dry, the shrimp was dry, the selection was minimal. I was very disappointed. I could have stayed local and ate crabs for less money. Our server was nice. The other employees were NOT!! The gift shop was nice. Build-a-Bear was nice but it took 15 minutes to get through the line with only 2 other customers in front of us. Went to get funnel cake afterwards and had to have it made 3 times!! Terrible. Just not the best experience for my first time and possibly last time at Knotts Berry Farm. Certainly not worth the price.

   Everything was great. The only thing by the time i sat down, was that my food got cold. No clue why? Maybe the plates?

   Great meal…we are still stuffed. Lots of choices and the deserts…wow! Boysenberry festival infusions were no joke, top level. Thank you!

   Excellent food and a great value!! The Mrs. Knott’s Chicken dinner included everything - soup/salad, vegetables, homemade biscuits and jam, delicious fried chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy, and a great slice of pie. Our family always enjoys dining here when we visit Knott’s Berry Farm.

   Good experience, food not as good as previously, 35 to 40 years ago. Chicken, cabbage and pie definitely not as good, but service and overall experience good.

   This is the first time eating at a Brunch at Knott’s even though I’ve lived here for years. Im sad to say I was disappointed as the quality of food did not meet the amount charged. The only brunch item that lived up to my expectation of the Knotts brand was the fried chicken and the boysenberry jam. Also, another disappointment was the deceptive pricing between Open Table and Knott’s. When I reserved, the Brunch price posted on Open Table stated that it was inclusive of tax and fees. That was not the case because I was charged tax. When I discussed this with a manager and showed him what was posted on the site, he refused to change the price as the system was automated to include tax. Customer Service definitely needs improvement.

    I very much enjoyed the food. I was able to get what I wanted and not have to worry about getting the last pieces as they were putting out fresh food. Great taste all around, one critique would be the french toast corners were hard. The mimosas were good as well.
