This wasn’t our first visit but the service was extremely slow. It took 30 minutes to receive two glasses of champagne for example! We came at 1pm and the place was about 75% filled. I did complain to a manager and he apologized and took the champagne off of the bill, which was the right thing to do and we appreciate. I tried the $125 wagyu filet and was very disappointed. It didn’t taste much different than their standard $50 filet. No bread is offered during lunch time, even if you want to pay for it. No mushrooms offered during lunch as well. Overall it’s a nice restaurant but the food is overpriced and the service doesn’t measure up. I rate Ocean Prime, Fleming, and Charlies higher.

The restaurant ambiance is exactly what the double entendre name suggests. Its a meat market catering to affluent 20-30 somethings. The food was excellent, although we received our drinks after the food arrived. The EDM music was blaring and the dress code was not enforced. If you're looking for a quiet steak dinner on the town, this is not the place for you.

Service was solid and atmosphere was lively as usual. Quality of the Steak in my opinion was very average given the price point. Ordered the 14oz Wagyu Ribeye and at 1/2" think seemed more like something I would get at a diner. At $100 that was disappointing. The wine selection on the menu was great however after three selections, none were available and wound up being up-sold to a bottle nearly twice the price. Not all bad here and would still recommend checking it out but might lean more toward cocktails and apps.

The food was great but the last two times we’ve been sat outside and it’s just not a comfortable experience for the price of the meal. We had two people with bugs in their wine, and it was totally taken care of, but we did request on the res to be sat inside and still had to sit outside. Was less than thrilled with that and we were celebrating a graduation with absolutely no mention by the server.

The environment and service was great. We had the special which was a Wagyu ribeye and it was cooked perfectly even though being so thin. Very flavorful with every bite. Drinks were good too.
