Marco’s Coal Fired started with the simple idea that passion makes great pizza. The authentic taste of Italy is served to you through the finest ingredients and traditional techniques of the Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN). Only 00 flour, San Marzano tomatoes, all natural fior di latte or bufala mozzarella, fresh herbs and fresh, all natural, non-processed ingredients are acceptable. Marco's Coal Fired cooks in authentic, Italian hand built wood fired pizza ovens. The food really was terrific; my only complaint is that we were seated next to a nearby party that made me feel crowded. They probably weren’t too happy, either, since we had two kids with us! The service was very good, and I would go back in a heartbeat!
