Linger now offers lunch!!!! Tuesday - Friday 11:30 am till 2:30 pm.
So good!! The beet salad was incredible! We really enjoyed everything we ordered!
We had a delicious dinner and the waitress explained things come out as ordered, which is fine, but the Pad Thai which we ordered immediately at around 7:15 when ordering our drinks did not come through 3 rounds of additional ordering, despite repeated inquiries. We had to leave for a party at 9 and asked for the check when we were told that the pad Thai was almost ready. We said to cancel it because we had to go. She asked if we could take it to go but we are all from out of town, staying in hotels, with a party to go to, so we declined because it was not practical. Then someone else comes to the table with the pad Thai in a to go box kind of insisting that we should take it. Annoying because we had already explained the situation to the waitress. The waitress had said that the pad Thai “station” was slammed and that’s why it took so long. Anyhow it’s a cool place with yummy food and a great vibe. Just don’t count on getting any pad Thai when you go!
Great food, wonderful ambiance. Will definitely go back.
Every bite was fantastic, the ambiance is great, just a great place for a special meal. The service can be a little slow at times, but really didn't mind since everything else is so great. It's a little expensive but great for a special occasion.
Came to brunch at Linger with a group of six women. The food was amazing, we liked the bottomless mimosas, but the waitress left a lot to be desired. She poured refills but the pitcher ran out after three refills, and she just didn't come back to refill the rest of the group. I had a small to-go container for my leftovers and we waited so long for our check that I got hungry again and ate my leftovers. We really wanted to go up to the rooftop after we'd finished eating, but we didn't have any time. Also disappointing because there were a ton of tables in the main dining area with doors opened and a beautiful view. We were in a back room that only had one small window.
I would go again if I could ensure that our reservation would be in the front dining room, and I would ask for a different server.
Amazing food and cocktails! Loved the ambiance
Terrific dinner in a vibrant atmosphere. Great flavor and variety.
We were visiting Denver and snagged a table by their big open windows. Service was excellent. I had the Impossible Persian sliders and the bacon wrapped dates and both were phenomenal (and I’m not a vegetarian!). The cocktails were on point too.
Love this place, took my wife for our anniversary and it has always exceeded our expectations! We will be back!
We met friends here. I'm 65 and went here on the recommendation of my 37-year-old daughter. Part of the charm of this place is that it feels comfortable to young and old alike. We were there on Tuesday and had a $33 three-course fixed-price meal. Good selections to choose from and plenty of food. We had a wonderful bottle of wine on special which was not cheap at $40, but was worth it. Our server (Sean) and his support team were attentive but not intrusive. We'll definitely go back.
I finally got to Linger having heard about how great it was forever. The place is huge dark & noisy. The food was interesting but not as good as a traditional asian or indian restaurant. The presentation was nice but way too much emphasis on that. It was pricey for the quality & portions.
Love the Harold and Maude references!!!
Food was delicious and staff very friendly and accommodating. We loved this place!
One of our Denver go-to's. Exceptional food, drink, and ambiance. The service was disappointing last time, but we're hoping it was a fluke.
Really lovely restaurant, interesting food that everyone at our table loved, and service was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for more.
We love bringing out-of-town friends and family to Linger. Good food, good drinks and excellent conversations. The menu is eclectic and the small plates are plentiful enough to allow you to share. Everyone always enjoys the sophisticated and fun atmosphere. It's aways a great night!
It was a crazy night with people flying into the airport and others driving up for Colorado Springs and heavy rain, hail, etc. We ended up arriving in stages and our party of seven grew by two. The staff did a great job of accommodating us and were flexible with our dribbling in arrivals. The food and drink was fantastic as always. This time we added two desserts. I can't remember what they were called, but they were WONDERFUL and great for sharing.
Small portion plates with plenty of items to choose from and the desserts were out of this world! Most of our dishes had a kick to it so must like spice. The restaurant used to be an old mortuary although there’s no mention of it on their website or menu. I wouldn’t have known that but a co-worker told me before we visited Denver. Parking in a challenge in that neighborhood, we drove around for 20 minutes and had to park 5 blocks away which isn’t that big of a deal except for the fact that I was in heels 😐. It was a good first experience.
Great for what it offers - more of a social place than a dinner place
Our server was amazing. Really guided us through the menu. The experience was fantastic because of her!
Meh. Food was really complicated but server was amazing.
Had a terrible experience at Linger. I had made reservations and we arrived 5 minutes early. The reservations were for 4 but we had 4 adults and 2 babies. I asked if there were any longer tables and the host said yes it will just be a few minutes extra. No problem.. OVER a hour later we finally got seated at 2:30-something only to be told the kitchen is closing. WTF! As we were walking to the table there were DOZENS of open tables that would have accommodated our party. We would have happily taken our 1:30 table and held the two adorable babies on our laps had we know this would be the outcome. Food was sub par, experience was terrible - and embarrassing as we had friends from out of town visiting. We were rushed to finish. Never once was there an apology or did they try turn our experience around.
Overall, I would recommend Linger to a friend. The service wasn't exceptional but it was alright.
Linger was great with lots of varying small plate options and a great cocktail list
Amazing food and ambience!
Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Joe was a great server.
Linger never disappoints! The Devils on Horseback and the Korean Fried Chicken Bao Bun are beyond delicious, especially!!!
Très bonne surprise très bons produits bien travaillés
Bonne créativité avec une carte autour du Monde
This was definitely a delicious and fun venue especially learning about the history of the building. So glad valet parking was available. We had a drink after dinner in the bar which also had a super cool vibe. We will definitely go back again.
Enjoyed a drink on the rooftop before our dinner seating. The gentleman who seated us seemed to truly enjoy his job and bringing a smile to the customers. The table service was a bit slow during Happy Hour and I never ended up receiving my second drink but since we were meeting a friend downstairs for dinner it was ok. The dinner menu was fun to read and with so many options that looked interesting, it was difficult to make choices. Three of us shared: pork potstickers, pad thai, tempura ginger chili shrimp and wagyu sliders - it was all delicious and there are still many other items we want to try. Our waiter was patient with us, we had not seen our friend in a long time and spent time catching up before looking at the menu. He offered helpful suggestions about the menu and kept the right balance between engaging and allowing us time to enjoy our company and meal. We will definitely eat here again the next time we are in Denver!
Linger is great for their small plates and being able to try interesting new dishes such as the crickets and green tea soba. I was hesitant at first, but took the leap and had a bite. I was pleasantly surprised how tasty it was. All of the flavors of the cucumber, mushroom, ginger and yes the crickets came together perfectly! The potato masala dosa is a must! The brunch version is also amazing. Drinks are amazing as well as beautiful, such as the Corpse Reviver, almost too pretty to drink! Try the 5-spice old fashioned, it's decadent.
This restaurant, located in a former mortuary, with an industrial look and feel, presents an unusual menu and for our two dishes, delivers wonderful and unusual flavors and textures. We had lunch. I had a Bison Reuben on a bun and a Korean Fried chicken with KImchi on a bun. Two buns were sufficient for a light lunch. I cannot describe the flavors except to say they were unusual and wonderful. The waitress was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My wife had a beet salad, which she said was excellent. We would definitely recommend Linger and will return.
Great food, friendly staff everywhere. Great drinks, great ambiance. Absolutely loved it and will return!
Food was cold, order was wrong and service took 2 hours.
came in at 9:30 the place was still packed, it was a dreamy, soft, open air night. perfectly dimly lit, creating a warm glow and intimate experience. Our server was super sweet and knowledgeable
Great location, ambience, and food! Really a must try. I would recommend going during happy hour, though. That way you can try more dishes without breaking the bank.
My family was visiting, it was delicious and they loved it. I have to say that with every visit it’s such a treat to dine at linger, always amazing food and great staff.
Gish was awesome! Food great! New manager Tom greeted our table
