Excellent food and service. Although I still wish they were still using the embalming fluid bottles for the water they bring to the table! Unique ambiance and building.

I used to love Linger, but this experience will probably keep me from going back. I brought my parents who were visiting from out of town. I was excited to show them the rooftop. We get there to find out it’s closed for the day? There’s no rain, perfect weather, and now it’s too late to change restaurants. Our table was right by the window and had several flies buzzing around. We had to move as a result, but the new table still had 2 flies that would not leave us alone. The men’s restroom was gross. They opened up a side door by our table that was blowing in the smell of sewage. Just a gross experience. I hate having to apologize to my parents for a poor dining experience.

Very noisy - asked for music to be turned down, and it was for about 5 minutes, after which the volume went back up. Drinks were weak. Shrimp small bite just OK - could barely get the shrimp off the skewer, and then it was dry. Large door/window was opened toward the end of our meal & the wind about blew everything off the table. Not impressed.

The food was great! Service was great! This is the second time I was there and sat upstairs and on the main floor the first time, both times it was so hot inside the restaurant. If they could control the temp it would make it more comfortable.

We came for dinner originally with reservations for six but because our party had seven, they could not accommodate our reservation so they directed us up to the deck space which ended up being perfect. I will say that everyone was super friendly and nice, but they could’ve made us feel a little bit more welcome by bringing us silverware and menus, even though we were sitting in the couch area, especially after being redirected upstairs. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect. We had the pot stickers the pad Thai, the bao fried chicken and the impossible sliders. Everything was a 10/10 delicious.

We accidentally left behind a book, and the staff called us right away to let us know and protected it at the host stand. Great Service!

The food was wonderful. They have several vegan options and my daughter was thrilled. She is lucky to find one option at most restaurants, so she was delighted. She had the Ube Mocchi Pancakes with passion fruit coulis. The rest of us enjoyed the Pandan Waffle, Maine Lobster Roll, "Make your own breakfast", and the Chilaquiles Rojos. We all really enjoyed what we ordered. The restaurant used to house a mortuary so they play it up a bit with some macabre humor. they also have a rooftop dining and drinks. I would like to check that out next time.
