This is a cool place and the menu, which at first glance seems interesting, has potential. However the food is extremely oily and too rich. For example, the filling for the pot stickers was delicious but the deep frying was over the top. Pot stickers should be delicate, not swimming in oil and sticky sauces. The beyond beef sliders were okay, but not at all exciting. The servers were attentive and friendly.

The food was really great, but after the appetizers were delivered, they lost our order and we waited almost 45 minutes to get the rest of our meal.

My friends and I have special dietary needs. We were taken care of. All four of us had delicious meals. The service was great!! As the evening went on, it got too loud, but there was nothing the restaurant could do about it. We had reservations at 5 pm, so that it would be less crowded and less noisy! Thank you for a great evening!

Selfishly I want to keep Linger a well know secret, but the fact is, it is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The DEVILS ON HORSEBACK is one of the best "bites" you can experience. Everything we had was delicious and the flavors were simply out of this world. The atmosphere is lovely, and the service was fantastic. Jake was so kind and courteous and helpful when making decisions. We will be back.

We stop by several times a year when we’re in Denver and the food and service are always excellent! We were disappointed that the rooftop dining isn’t available yet but the windows were open in the dining room and it was a gorgeous day!

Linger is awesome! They are very accommodating to allergies and their food is delicious! The staff is also very nice! I brought my friend who has Celiac and she loved it.
