   The food was excellent. Our service started out very well (we were one of maybe 5 tables at the time, 5:30 p.m.) but disintegrated rapidly. The hose, Jose, had to intervene after our waitress essentially ignored our table not only after getting the ol' nod that says, hey, we need to help here, but after actually serving the booth next to us then walking away. The food is outstanding in our opinion, and the host made up for the horrible service with dessert. We'll go again simply for the food. But if this location is to survive they're going to have to get their act together when it comes to service. If it was this bad on a slow Saturday night, imagine during a busy night during baseball season. I hope they survive.

   We really miss the ambiance of the original Paxia location. We went on a Saturday night and the place was almost empty. Still some great menu selections from the former restaurant! I hope they succeed in the new space, but we might not go back again.

   Great service, food, and atmosphere! A much better (and classier) option for pre-ballgame drinks, lunch, or dinner than its noisier bar neighbors. Excellent price point for this neighborhood and I imagine we will be back soon for a date night to try out the dinner menu.

   We went on a baseball game night and at 7:30 the place had cleared out for supposedly the game. I think they are just establishing themselves in the area so this may not be the case. The food was good, the margarita's were good, and the live music was entertaining thought loud. We went here as we really like Paxia the owners restaurant that recently closed in the highlands. I hope some of the menu from the Paxia location comes to Latigo.

   First time visit to this brand-new restaurant. Though they are clearly going through their "first months how do we do this" period, with the service a bit disconnected, the food was good and the menu unusual. Not your father's Mexican restaurant! Try the pastel de salmon--scrumptiously seasoned cakes of sauteed grated potatoes topped with fresh spinach, a delicious aioli, and smoked salmon. Never tasted anything quite like it. Happy hour tacos and beer are a wonderful deal. Their margaritas are supposedly made with fresh lime instead of sweet and sour (I asked first), but you could have fooled me. Couldn't ask for a nicer pre-game location if you're headed to Coors Field.

   The food was good and came out in a reasonable amount of time, but otherwise the service was sparse and they appeared to be understaffed. It seems like they don't have the logistics figured out yet. We went on a Friday night and the band was quite loud. If you want to talk to your dining companion(s), this is a drawback.

    Everything we tried was delicious and our waitress was helpful, patient, and friendly. They start you out with complimentary chips and salsa with 4 different salsas (tomatillo, avocado, red pepper and more traditional red salsa) all extremely flavorful. We also tried the queso trio (chorizo, raja, and mushroom) served with fresh, homemade corn tortillas- also fantastic. The chicken fajita seasoning and fajita veggies were on point- again with the awesome tortillas. I had the melon margarita with fresh cantaloupe and watermelon- refreshing! Nothing but good things to say- and their happy hour specials looked great. Very excited about this new edition to the neighborhood!
