LARKS HOME KITCHEN CUISINE celebrates Oregon – its farms, orchards, creameries and wineries – offering dishes that excite and surprise with freshness and flavor. We are committed to offering fresh & local ingredients, and passionate about creating innovative cuisine from scratch.

Dishes like steak, hearty soups, flavorful salads and grilled Northwest steelhead are the most popular. Other specialties include pork chops and apple and caramelized onion fondue. Ingredients like truffle oil, wild mushrooms, hazelnuts, pears, and marionberries layer in the Oregon flavor. Our Pastry Chef Terra Sharp’s seasonal creations range from fruit tarts, to chocolate cake with housemade salted caramel ice cream, to cranberry-pumpkin bread pudding.

Our beverage selection extends the theme of local and seasonal with a choice of herb-infused cocktails made with Oregon spirits, local wines, and beers.

We took our son and daughter-in-law out for dinner, and were happy with the experience. The wine list is very good. We needed a gluten-free option for one guest, and the kitchen was accommodating. I particularly enjoyed the brussels sprouts. When the pork chop arrived underdone, our waitperson whisked it back to the kitchen immediately for correction; we were not charged for that meal.

It was a delight to celebrate this day, special menu and exiting environment. Very much appreciated being greeted by other servers who we have experienced in previous visits. Felt special for them to come say hello and wish us s great meal and experience. We LOVE Larks!!!!

As usual and as expected my wife and I enjoyed our lunch at Larks. The staff were friendly and we were waited on quickly. We will recommend Larks to our friends from out of state when they come to visit.

Larks is quite beautifully appointed, the staff are lovely, considerate and friendly, the menu is creative and the food delicious. My recommendation: have a locals' special in the winter. It was quite pricy for one piece of fish, a cubed sweet potato with rosemary sprig - Could have included another veggie or a small side salad or cup of soup?? Delicious, but expensive.

Our dinner was wonderful; my spouse got the filet mignon and I had the cheese plate with charcuterie. We shared the salad special and a dessert special. All were excellent. We had a very nice wine, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. We were very happy with our meal. We charged the dinner to our room without any issues and everything was as it should be.

Living in Ashland, Oregon is a treat in itself; a small town brimming with culture often exceeding that of NYC, Chicago, Los Angeles, et al, with 4+ dining experiences paralleling the same! So when I say My dining experience at Lark’s, this evening, exceeded. all expectations, it should indeed be noted!

We ate here for New Year's Eve. Part of bonus special when staying at Ashland Springs Hotel. Atmosphere warm and comforting, but our table for two was smashed against a wall. Felt closed up and unable to really have a conversation since another couple was locked right next to us. Food is tasty, rich and my fish dinner was very salty so that's why I didn't give it a high rating. Price is very high for what you get. We were accidentally billed another amount to our room number even though we paid our bill in full at restaurant. It was a good thing we kept our receipt, so the hotel took off the extra charges from this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant if you want a generally nice dinner at an expensive price, but definitely save your receipt if staying at hotel.
