LARKS HOME KITCHEN CUISINE rinde homenaje a las granjas, huertos, lecherías y bodegas de Oregón con sus platillos, que emocionan y sorprenden por su frescura y sabor. Se elaboran con ingredientes frescos de la zona y muestran la pasión del restaurante por la gastronomía creativa, innovadora y totalmente casera. Ingredientes como aceite de trufa, setas silvestres, avellanas, peras y moras de Marion introducen el sabor de Oregón. La chef repostera Terra Sharp elabora creaciones de temporada como tartas de fruta, pastel de chocolate con helado de caramelo salado casero y pudin de pan de arándanos y calabaza. Our meals had well balanced flavors and quality ingredients, perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was perfect for this special occasion. A great dinning experience.

Celebrating a birthday could not have been more wonderful! From the attentive, personal service, the nicely crafted cocktails to the menu accommodations to our vegan guest, Larks was the perfect pick.

Lovely meal. We made a repeat visit specifically for the steamed clams! Service was impressive! Highly recommend!!!

Salad, cocktails and service were great. Our main dish, petrale sole, a thin and light fish was so overcooked along with the broccolini that we were not able to cut through with knife and fork. We did not say anything to our waiter as he was new and we could tell he was trying his best. Great ambiance, but disappointed.

As always, Lark’s is a lovely restaurant in a splendid historic hotel. The service was excellent. We have dined here may times and this time the entrees were not top notch. Appetizer, soup and dessert were very good. I am thinking the chef may have changed.

We only go every so often for special occasions. The server was very friendly and the food was quite good. I remember the ceqsqr salad being much better. It was like small bits of iceberg lettuce with an overly tart dressing. Great fried chicken dinner as always. The odd thing was they bought bread to the table which we assumed was complimentary since we never asked for it but then they charged us for it.

The three of us all had a different meal and each was wonderful! Fish was done perfectly. Fried chicken and meatloaf were the comfort meals we were looking for.

We make a point to dine here each time we are in Ashland. We come to Ashland twice a year for the Shakespeare Festival, which is also 5 stars.
