Latin American
La Biblioteca, located in Denver, Colorado, serves a variety of Mexican and Latin American food. The restaurant has a full bar that features custom brewed beer for its menu items. La Biblioteca makes each meal made to order and uses bold flavors and fresh ingredients to ensure an enjoyable dish each time. Try the nachos or the guacamole and chips to start out your meal at La Biblioteca. Try one of the menus many taco offerings or try one of the enchiladas or burritos. Most of the menu items can be prepared gluten-free and vegetarian, so that everyone in the group can find something to enjoy. Top off your meal and indulge in an order of sopapillas.

Had brunch last Saturday with girlfriends. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! Our waiter was Armando and he was fabulous! The recommendations and the timing of our food was perfect. Could not have asked for anything better. Will definitely be back and recommend to others!

Went with a group of 7 at 5pm on Sunday for restaurant week. We are big fans of Tamayo and Zengo and were really excited to try another RS group. Plus the menu looked like a nice fusion of the 2. Great atmosphere, really like the way the restaurant is decorated and laid out. Bonus - it was happy hour so we sampled a variety of drinks and apps. Infused margaritas were lacking in flavor but the sangria was delish. Guac and salsa were very good and flavorful. We all ordered from the restaurant week menu and at least 1 of everything was ordered. Starters and desserts were very tasty but the main dishes were completely lack luster. I tried all 3: salmon, chicken, and tofu and I seriously can't remember anything about them other than they were edible and lacking in flavor. This was not what I expected at all. One member of our party has an allergy and the chef made a wonderful accommodation, which was much appreciated. Our server didn't seem to have a strong knowledge of the menu/offerings and she was TERRIBLE when it came time to pay. She asked us to mark the bill with what each person had, which we gladly did (several members of party have service experience) and she couldn't get it straight after multiple attempts. Plus it took an abnormal amount of time for how not busy the place was. Glad we tried it, enjoyed some of the food, but not enough to return, unless it's happy hour. From what I experienced, I'll stick with Tamayo or Zengo next time.

Every restaurant my Richard Sandoval I have tried has been phenomenal. Biblioteca is no exception. From appetizer through dessert, an including drinks, everything was awesome.

Initially, we were seated at a high-top, small table in the bar for dinner! The table was very small - big enough to put two drinks on. (We did have reservations and the restaurant was not crowded.) We asked to be moved and they seated us next to another couple - too close. Their seating options are poor. We were seated at a table that was toooooooooooooooo close to the people next to us - one of us sat on the bench type booth seat and the other, across the small table in a chair. I didn't enjoy listening to the other couple - needs some more private dining options!

If you want to be mesmerized by the many varieties and nuances of Tequila and don't care about food then this is your spot. There are literally 8 or 9 items on the menu, none of which would satisfy even the smallest appetite, and literally hundreds of choices for Tequila to satisfy the most discriminating palate. The atmosphere is great, with soft lighting and a warm ambiance and our service was outstanding. With lockers to rent for your regular Tequila visits the focus of this restaurant is obvious. Eat dinner somewhere else and come here for your drinks.

I have had brunch and Zengo many times but decided to try out La Biblioteca. Knowing it is the same menu we figured it would be the same experience. I was wrong. The food was overcooked and burnt. The service was horrible and the drinks were watered down and not served correctly. I am not sure what has happened to the Zengo/La Biblioteca brunch experience but what was once my favorite brunch spot is now a place I will think twice about going to.

I was wery of a place that served both sushi and Mexican favorites but I was so wrong. They make fusion easy, delightful and for brunch they bring out the whole menu so pave yourselves. The Bloody Mary bar has everything you need to make the perfect bloody and ther servers are great. Especially Tyler who orchestrated our meal. Go ASAP. Early because they fill up quickly.

This was my second time eating at La Biblioteca, and the food quality was far inferior to my first experience there. The bottomless brunch drink menu was smaller, and any small plate with eggs was very runny. I will be trying a different brunch place next time.

The restaurant is good for drinks (specifically Tequila centric) and small plates. Food is from Zengo next door which is a creative fusion of Asian and Mexican/South American. In winter, the windows made it a bit cold in an otherwise warm, rustic decor. Staff was very attentive and enthusiastic.

I had the tacos. There were 3. I could have eaten 15 easy. My wife's dish was also really good, but way too small of a portion for the cost (I think). She had a really good cocktail.
