La Boca was great as usual. Waiter was very informative concerning our wine choice and otherwise did and excellent job. The dishes were all great and came in a timely fashion. The variety of the tapas was good and the member of our party with shellfish allergy did not have to worry about not having a good selection. Only minor issue was that it was a little cramped as we were seated very close to the bar seating in the main restaurant. When we come to Santa Fe we always try to eat at la Boca and will do so again.

We have dined here on every visit to Sante Fe because it never disappoints and is always delicious. This visit was the same. We had great service, shared so many yummy things and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We highly recommend trying....you will not be sorry.

We love La Boca and the opportunity to eat outside safely. We tried some old favorites on the menu and sense there are some new cooks in the kitchen- not a bad thing, we liked the old treatments and these new ones. Alcachofas, morcilla and pork belly were our favorites this time, and of course the wonderful gateau basque for dessert.

I thought it was a nice experience for lunch. The charcuterie board was excellent- I was not a fan of either the mussels or the shrimp. I thought that both dishes lacked a depth of flavor. Service was good. Expensive for lunch - not outrageous but expensive nonetheless.

It's ok, nothing special. The plating needs more pizzazz and the food more focused flavors. The paella was downright ordinary. The seafood was generic frozen "seafood blend" one gets at Costco or Trader Joes and if there was any saffron I wouldn't have known. It was overwhelmed by something similar (sumac?) that killed any subtlety. It had a steamed rather than roasted impression. The hanger steak had no garnish, just neat slices of unmarinated meat. The artichoke was good, beet salad was straight out of my kitchen when I don't care much. I would have sliced the beets rather tham present whole hunks. Nice place for a meetup, just nothing memorable. I know I'm being fussy but $175 later I want to remember the occasion.

The patatas bravas were excellent. Very good fennel and orange salad. The highlight was the special - dates stuffed with blue cheese and an almond and wrapped in bacon - wonderful.

Off to a rough start but manager made up for it by bringing us a complimentary surprise chef appetizer and adding a baguette to complement one of the dishes we ordered. Service was significantly improved as she took over. Enjoyable live music. Good food

Great tapas. Shrimp, artichokes, and ceviche were particularly notable. And our waiter was helpful, professional, and unobtrusive. The place is a bit noisy at 7:30 but that’s because it’s justifiable popular.

Food was great we had mussels, and the artichokes. Drink where good too. It would have been a - great experience if our waitress would have treated us the same as all her other tables. We watched her tell everyone else the specials except for us. That’s fine your busy you forgot no biggy. However, after our first tapa was delivered she never once came back. Not for more drinks or more tapas which both we planned in getting more of. She went the table next to us a ( a older well dressed couple) three times. The Bartender saw what was happening and closed us out at the end of the evening and refilled our water. We left confused by the clear disregard. I wish I could say she just seemed busy but that wasn’t it.

Our server was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. The food was very good. I recommend the spicy tuna dish and the artichokes. We also had the jamón serrano, not the best I’ve had but the other dishes were all delicious.

Mussels were outstanding but didn’t come with bread for the sauce. When we asked for bread it was a $6 up charge. They used to give rolls with the meal. Overall great flavors. Felt rushed to leave.
