   Joseph’s is amazing. The entire menu is delicious and not overdone with sauce or creativity for creativity’s sake. Every meal we’ve had has been excellent! The service is superb; friendly, knowledgeable and there when you want them to be. The restaurant feels like you’re dining in a friend’s home. Need I say more? Our favorite!

   All food is perfect. The chef had a great touch. You can tell he knows how to make every bite taste perfect. Arugula with beet salad as well as the goat neck dish were great.

   Very cozy, comfortable dining locale with excellent food and service. Not many tables, so a reservation is needed. The food is beautifully prepared and displayed, but also delicious and generous in its serving size. I had no problem finding vegetarian items on the menu. My friends loved the lamb and halibut choices. Of note, they serve only New Mexico spirits, but have a diverse wine list from all over. My dining partner loved their homemade kombucha.

   The soup, the salad, and the halibut were excellent - as were the last five dinners at Joseph's - not to mention the dessert. Joseph's has the best bussers in town.

   Second time dining here and it was just as lovely as the first. Great service, delicious food, and nice ambience. David was our server and he was wonderful.

   It was our first time dining at Joseph's and it did not let us down....first off DELIGHTFUL people taking care of us, especially Erica!!! We sat in a high top in the bar....the food was delicious especially the amazing Ratatouille ! YUM!!! We will be back and hope to be sitting in main dining room next time for a fun experience ...    This was one of the best meals we have ever eaten. The food was fresh and innovative and beautifully prepared. Our server Erica was charming and fun to talk to and her recommendations were spot on. This restaurant is a gem.
