   The chicken liver pate was delish. The mussels and fried soft shell crab were great as was the watermelon and red pepper soup. The cloud cake is worth saving room for. I could pass on the prickly pear sorbet.

   My daughter and I had a wonderful dinner at Joseph’s on Saturday May 10th. The Duck confit Phad Thai and the ginger coconut milk mussels were absolutely divine, and the service was very good. We weren’t oversold or rushed, and felt like treasured guests. While it was a little loud, we could still have a great conversation and a very lovely night.

   We thoroughly enjoyed the chard ratatouille salad,Buratta salad,Lamb curry and steak. Huge portions!

   Joseph’s is amazing. The entire menu is delicious and not overdone with sauce or creativity for creativity’s sake. Every meal we’ve had has been excellent! The service is superb; friendly, knowledgeable and there when you want them to be. The restaurant feels like you’re dining in a friend’s home. Need I say more? Our favorite!

   All food is perfect. The chef had a great touch. You can tell he knows how to make every bite taste perfect. Arugula with beet salad as well as the goat neck dish were great.

    Very cozy, comfortable dining locale with excellent food and service. Not many tables, so a reservation is needed. The food is beautifully prepared and displayed, but also delicious and generous in its serving size. I had no problem finding vegetarian items on the menu. My friends loved the lamb and halibut choices. Of note, they serve only New Mexico spirits, but have a diverse wine list from all over. My dining partner loved their homemade kombucha.
