   We eat in Santa Fe often and have been for over 30 years and have a pretty good knowledge of fine dining in S.Fe. Joseph’s is consistently excellent. Highly diverse menu of interesting appetizers, small plates, and desserts. The Cloud cake was a surprise — fabulous. And — no one can deny the duck fat fries rule the universe. My new Santa Fe favorite over the last several years.

   Over the years I have enjoyed Joseph’s Table/Culinary Pub in Taos and now Santa Fe. The restaurant never disappoints. I come for the polenta fries and enjoy everything else that Joseph’s offers. The vodka martini was especially good the other night, excellent wine list and the seafood special was perfection.

    Everything was excellent. We had an excellent meal, service was great, food, cocktails and wine were terrific and priced well. Excellent, unique menu and great wine list. We will definitely rerun soon.

    Overall dinner was good, however, the 1/2 duck that I ordered was arranged in such a way that I didn’t realize the breast part was missing. Otherwise, food was very good. A bit pricey with the wine

    We don’t go out often, but when we have something to celebrate, we choose Joseph’s. It is hands down, the best food we’ve ever had, every single time. Each bite is delightful. Service is always impeccable, we never feel rushed. This establishment is a gem!

    Interesting / eclectic menu. Service was very good, but it seemed a bit rushed. Definitely on our short list of places to take friends from out of town. Though not a reason to go there, it is nice that Joseph's has a parking lot and you do not have to drive around looking for street parking.

    Inventive takes on classic dishes. Fantastic service, great wine list, beautiful gem of a restaurant. Not for your meat and potatoes crowd; the food is full of different flavors and textures. They do,of course have a lamb burger and duck fat fries for the wary.

    We enjoyed a delicious dinner, beautiful spot. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I had swordfish and it was fabulous, great salad and loved the cloud cake. We definately will return when we are back in Santa Fe

    The owner and chef, Joseph, goes out of his way to make not only super delicious food, but also super nutritious. Joseph uses the healthiest ingredients he can find. I suggest to my patients that they eat here when they are in pursuit of improved health.

    I love this place. Looks like an old farmhouse inside, great service, attentive, fast, non-intrusive. Maria was our server and she made our dinner experience very enjoyable. Food was really good, and presentation very appetizing.

    Joseph’s has long been one of our favorites! The food choices are all excellent, and we particularly like the fact the the menu is different every time we go. The polenta fries are a delicious appetizer. Also love their fish entrees. Sliders aren’t bad either.

    We visited JCP for our anniversary. We love the fact that they have lots of gluten free options. This was our second time dining at JCP and everything we have tried has been amazing. Also, the service staff has been great during both of our visits. We are very much looking forward to our next trip to Santa Fe.

    Only complaint is our servers were a little inattentive which is unusual for this restaurant. I know staff shortages continue, so I’m guessing people were stretched thin. The food is outstanding; I’ll always return!

    The food was amazing, even the desert was good. They had a fabulous wine list but I wish they also had a few signature cocktails. I got the duck confit pad thai, and it was a great take on the original dish…they even served it with lime and sriracha on the side. My partner got the crispy chicken breast, which was cooked wonderfully but I wasn’t a fan of the cranberry sauce or the apple cider vinegar used in the dish (honestly, I just don’t like super sweet/acidic things with chicken/turkey so it’s more of a me problem). I would definitely go there again.

    The NM Lamb Burger on a house made English Muffin is wonderful. Not oversized like so many green chili burgers. Just right! Add the Duck Fat Fries for a real treat.
