   We always LOVE coming to Ignite! The food is delicious, the drinks are great, and the staff is always friendly! I highly recommend trying their truffle fries! We love coming to trivia night on Wednesday’s, it’s always a fun time and the all day happy hour can’t be beat!!

   We arrived promptly at 7pm in time for our reservation and was seated immediately at our reserved table in the corner. We sat for 17 minutes before even being acknowledged by the wait staff that we were even there (I know this is not standard practice or appropriate for any restaurant). After we finally had a server, we quickly ordered our drinks and food as we had to leave before 8. Our food took an additional 15 minutes (~12 minutes is restaurant standard for dinner service). My drink was extremely watered down and I had to ask for a replacement drink as the ginger beer was out and the server didn’t notice and served me lightly ginger beers flavored water. The food tasted great, but we had to wait a few extra minutes to even get silverware. By the time we paid our check at 7:50, that was he first half hearted apology we received with the explanation of “its not normally like this and we just got slammed last minute.” There was trivia night going on, which was distracting from the experience and while the restaurant WAS pretty full, a friendly acknowledgement and consistent check ins as well as predicting the needs of each table is imperative as a server. Overall, with the time and money spent on this experience, it was quite an underwhelming experience for a first time visit. Not a good first impression.

   Food and drinks were good but service was extremely slow. They appeared to be short staffed on a Saturday night. Took nearly 30 minutes to get our first drinks after we ordered them.

   We went for the restaurant week deal and feel like it we got great value. The apps came in half-sizes, but the pimento fritters and candied bacon were the best dishes of the night. The burgers were loaded and very good, but felt more like a greasy, step-up-from-divebar burger than a "gourmet burger" that Ignite is supposedly known for. Unfortunately, service was incredibly slow, in addition to our server showing little hospitality. We had a good meal for the evening, but in Denver's crowded restaurant market, we didn't find a compelling reason to revisit in the future.

   Overwhelmed waitstaff. Food was enjoyable. Took 30 minutes to get beer. Selected Restaurant Week option and dessert was 1 hr 20 minutes after arrival. Table next to us was just as slow.

   Came for Restaurant Week and the fopd was delicious. Our server Dane was friendly also. My girlfriend really enjoyed the candied bacon and my favorite dish was my cheese fritters. I'll come back again and again!

   A few friends and I went for a girls night during Denver Restaurant Week. The whole menu looked delicious. I had the pimento cheese bites (YUM) and the fried chicken burger which was so much better than I even expected it to be. I'd definitely recommend the smores brownie for dessert, as well as the caramel pretzel milkshake.

   We came for the Denver Restaurant Week menu and were sorely disappointed. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Honestly, it seemed like a bar that was trying to be a restaurant. Our server was a total hot mess and made about 4 mistakes with our food (there were 6 of us and the Denver Restaurant Week menu gave 3 courses each), we had to ask for water refills, and he overcharged our friends on the bill. When they pointed it out, the server said he'd fix it, which he did...by adding it to our bill instead, without telling us. It was still an overcharge, but after correcting the guy so many times, we just paid it. The whole experience wasn't good and we won't be back, but I truly believe that I would have been happier overall if the service had been much better. So maybe this was just a fluke.

    The Lobster Mac and Cheese was good but certainly not memorable. Overall experience was good, but I would list as average.
