   Service was rough. Our server was very kind but it was apparent she was weeded & she was very short and rushed. People would just come by and drop food on the table and leave- no checking if anything else was needed etc. Never checked on how things were. Appetizers took forever and the wings tasted like they were microwaved/reheated and the prime rib on the grilled cheese was disgusting. It was dry and tasted like gross lunch meat. Not worth the prices at all. The restaurant itself is very pretty and has an awesome vibe but it’s not a good choice other than that.

   Good not great. I had a Ruben & it was the chewiest, tasteless Ruben I ever had😔. My friend said his fish tacos were “ok”. Service good.

   Server helped to deliver our food fairly quickly. However, we were told the cooks were slow and to expect over an hour wait. Not worth the risk prior to any show or event.

   After we were sat for our reservation, we were ignored for 30 minutes until we could flag down an uninterested server to ask who our sever was. Lackluster service followed. Disappointed that they did nothing for the birthday I noted on reservation.

    Horrible experience! We were there for over 2 hours and got up to fill our own water glasses. Ordered salads and entrees and the entrees came out over an hour after we ordered and then the salad was 10 minutes later. The steak tasted like they poured a bottle of syrup on it, it was disgusting. Drinks from the bar, when we received them, were warm. Server apologized for the terribly long wait on food but never offered to make it right. The only thing that was tasty was the Mac and cheese, and it was awesome, but not enough to feed 4 of us—and we didn’t want to wait another hour for a second helping. Very disappointed.

    Easy place to grab lunch on 16th St, close to Denver Convention Center. Service was quick and accurate. Good food selection- what you would expect for a casual lunch menu.

    Going to a restaurant on Saturday is always tough / we were a bit late but got seated right away. But then waited about 20 minutes for our waiter. He took the orders - came back in about 12 minutes with our drinks and then disappeared. We did not see him for the next 20 min / and no update on our FIS. After waiting on our food for 30 minutes - i told him we needed the bill as we could not wait any longer as we had a concert to attend. Voila - our food arrived - but no napkin or utensils :/(. We rushed eating the food using our clothes as napkins … food was great - service was atrocious.

    Like many other reviews noted, the service wasn’t good and basically ruined the experience. I made a reservation for 4 and asked the host if it was possible to sit at one of the unoccupied 10 booths they had available. The entire dining room was at about 30% capacity. The host told us no, and then proceeded to sit walk-in parties at the booths the entire time we were there. Our table was so close to the only other 3 populated tables in the room, that you could elbow someone at the table next to you. I would understand if they actually had filled up tables, but this wasn’t the case. There were so many free tables and booths around us, they just decided to sit us all together in a cramped environment.

    Very noisy and crowded—Denver Petroleum Club had a private party going on. Drink service was slow, sure due to the party. Food came quickly, wedge salad was a bit tired.

    We have been going to Henry's every year for the Parade of Lights. We enjoy the atmosphere, and it is very close to the hotel we stay at. I would love to see some more variety in the menu. We love the drinks. I had the mule. We also like the spinach dip, could maybe use some more chips with. We love how it decorated, and we are always seated on time.

    Was told by the waiter---after he check with the kitchen, that there was nothing in the menu that was MSG-free. That t la me that they use a lot of prepackaged items and sauces. Or Processed foods. I then ordered the salmon by itself with instructions for only butter and salt and pepper. That worked, less than delicious but I didn't starve.

    Every tap was out due to work that had to be done. We waited 40 minutes for our drink order. And over an hour for our food order. On a Thursday night at 6:30 PM. we won’t be back.

    The burgers are good as is the prime rib dip. Kitchen is slow so if eating there before a show at the Paramount, which is basically across the street, plan accordingly.

    We weren't really impressed. We expected good bar food and we were disappointed. Not really a good selection. Despite the fact of many servers in house, service was really slow. . When I received my food it was cold thus it was sent back. . . The bar patrons were typical bar flies albeit very LOUD and some 50 something female trying to act like a bad 20 something bimbo. .     Food was good. Service was lacking. My buddy asked for ketchup, and our server showed up 10 minutes later and said she forgot. Then when we were trying to check out we couldn't find our server.

    Horrible from the time we walked in when they would not put us in one of the 10 open booths, telling us they were for reservations only. Guess my reservations didn’t count. We were sat at a table in the middle of the restaurant with a server who has 2 weeks of experience. Our food order was wrong 2x, and we didn’t even get our last round of drinks. After speaking to the manager who looked miserable walking around the restaurant, and was no help whatsoever, we decided to leave. I do not recommend this place!!!
