    Worst service ever. It took over an hour to get our food for a business lunch. And then the order was very wrong. If you can’t remember the orders, write them down. We are a huge fan, but if this would’ve been our first time, we would never return.

    Had the ham and pear sandwich. Most of the ham was on one half of the sandwich. The sandwich was slightly on the dark side, a bit too long in the panini press. There was no sourdough flavor to the bread at all. I could see the pear but I got only the slightest taste of pear. It was overshadowed by the ham and cheeses. Garlic mashed potatoes were garlic forward! I love garlic and these are almost too much for me. My husband had the lemon ricotta pancakes. The were good but not stellar. The desserts however, were another story! The churro ice cream sandwich was amazing! And the homemade peanut butter cup... so rich, so freaking delicious! Our server was wonderful though.

    Last night we visited Hell’s Kitchen in Minneapolis with our 7- and 9-year-old, and overall, it was a fun and memorable experience. The kids got a kick out of the restaurant’s name and loved that the tagline was “damn good food.” They also found it hilarious that the kids’ menu had the language toned down—nice touch! The adult entrées were very good and lived up to the restaurant’s reputation. That said, the kids’ meals were just okay—not great, and a bit pricey for the portion and quality. Both of their orders came out wrong, which was frustrating. Our server was friendly, but not especially detail-oriented or attentive, which didn’t help. While I probably wouldn’t take the kids back, I’d definitely return for happy hour with friends or for a date night with my wife. The atmosphere is fun and the food (for adults at least) is worth it.

    We went to Hell's Kitchen for my son's 21st birthday. His choice, based on looking over both the food and cocktail menus. Flat out awesome experience. All of our meals were top notch. Our servers recommendations exceeded my hopes. Cocktails were magnificent. I am also now a believer that peanut butter does belong on a burger. Well done Hell's Kitchen. Can't wait to return!
