The food was good for the most part. The fish and chips could have been seasoned better. They sat us by the side door which had a good breeze coming in from the cold rainy day every time someone opened it. They had plenty of space to seat away from the door but chose that spot.

Our server was excellent! Our food was excellent. The noise level was unbearable and there was a tweeting:bird sound for a long time and it was nerve-racking. We told our server and he tried to find the source but to no avail. It was VERY distracting and disruptive.

Overall good experience per usual. We were one of the last tables of the evening and there was lots of closing cleaning going on all around us. The food and service was great. Just felt like we were staying past our welcome as the last table. Got there at 8:15, I didn’t anticipate it feeling so late.

Brought grandkids to our fave haunt for Val Day, all dressed up. Place was pretty in pink and red. Kids loved the food. The service was exceptional: Greeted, seated, and pampered. There was live sax, waitress danced with the five year old, who danced to every song. Other quests were fun. Best place for Val Day. Our neighbors say they are coming with next year. Manny’s food experience is incredible. Our waitress, Gabby is an awesome server and added so much to our dining experience. Bone in ribeyes were perfect as were the asparagus and hash browns. Only draw back is the noise level is very high for such a high end restaurant.

Beware the 20% automatic "service fee". They don't legally call it a gratuity but it will definitely add up. So if you plan to tip on top of that, your bill will really add up quickly. And beware of the up charge for fried rice at the teppanyaki table. As long as you're aware of how expensive everything really is, it will be a good time. The employees are great and of course deserve gratuity, but the restaurant policy of the automatic additional service fee is crazy. They should just raise the prices. But it's already pretty expensive so there's that. We go there infrequently, for very special occasions, for the experience. But if they would take off that ridiculous fee, we would go more often. I'm a generous tipper and I would really prefer to just directly give money to the people who do a great job serving me personally.
