About the restaurant
This classically-styled Grand Avenue spot is one of the most fun restaurants in Minneapolis. It's the place to go in Minneapolis for some of the city's best tapas plates and an extensive craft beer selection. Head in for the restaurant's Happy Hour from Sunday to Thursday, with beer and select tapas specials. Try some of the Rincon favorite tapas, like calamari with parsley oil or the traditional Spanish langoustines with garlic-pimenton wine sauce. Pair dinner with one of the excellent Rincon beers, like the Pryes Miraculum IPA or Fulton "Sweet Child of Vine."

About the restaurant
Icehouse is a two-story hot spot in the heart of the city that remains one of the most fun restaurants in Minneapolis. Converted from the longtime headquarters of a Fuel and Ice company, Icehouse is a fun, chic spot with a creative menu. Head in on Monday nights for the jazz scene or try the Saturday or Sunday Icehouse brunch. The sandwiches at Icehouse are am menu highlight. Go for the pastrami Reuben or the brisket Philly with cheddar fondue. This is also a place for those with a sweet tooth. Stick around for dessert and get the salty caramel macarons, smores, or coffee panna cotta.

About the restaurant
Hell's Kitchen provides some heavenly tastes in the heart of Minneapolis. This funky underground spot is one of the most fun restaurants in Minneapolis. There's a full menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and one of the best brunches in the city. Check out some of the Hell's Kitchen live music performances and some of the local-favorite cuisine. Don't miss the "Minnesota icon" state-fair cheese curds with a light beer batter or maple-glazed bison sausage with pure maple syrup. The restaurant's famed half-pound caramel-pecan roll is also iconic. For dinner, be sure to try the Minnesota-special and cheese-filled "Juicy Lucifer" burger.

I had to go to Hell‘s kitchen. There is just some thing about going to a restaurant that is employee owned and not a chain. They take pride in their food, in the cleanliness of the facility, and their service. None of that disappointed. We had to have the two dishes that they are most known for. The lemon ricotta pancakes, and the huevos rancheros . I loved it all. I cannot complain about the service. I just was thrilled with how delicious and filling the food was. My husband and I ate every single bite. I am thoroughly surprised this place is not more busy because you can’t beat an employee only restaurant over a chain restaurant at any time.
