Housemade Peanut Butter
Our Peanut Butter —made in very small batches— was put on the map when Lynn Rosetto Kasper swooned over it on her NPR Splendid Table show years ago. Jane and Michael Stern (Roadfood.com) said, "This could very well be the best peanut butter on the planet." And each and every day, our diners rave about this crunchy delight. Shelf life (unopened) = 6+ months
Huevos Rancheros "of the Gods"
A crisp flour tortilla layered with buttery hashbrowns, spicy black beans, soft-scrambled eggs, and a 3-cheese blend baked to a golden brown. Called "Huevos Rancheros of the Gods" by roadfood.com. Topped with hand-chopped salsa and sour cream.
Always have a great dining experience here. Not today. Slow service. Long waits for drinks and food. Our food order came before drinks, and it was cold. Very disappointed.
We had a great time! It was good to be back at the restaurant after it was closed for dining. Loved the food and drinks, my favorites are the sausage bread and lemon ricotta cakes. Be prepared for a 15% service fee tacked on when you dine-in.
Excellent food excellent service in a great location. I had the French dip sandwich and my friend had a BLT. Both were excellent very reasonably priced and the service was perfect. I would strongly consider this for breakfast and lunch in particular
Great food and great service. So happy the restaurant is open again!
We had a party of 8 and everything was perfect- great service, great food!
Fabulous overall, but a wee bit pricey.
The lemon ricotta pancakes are quite good but the sausage bread is a TOTAL disappointment. No flavour of sausage at all. And a rip-off at $8.95 for 2 slices of bread. I’m sure there are much better places for breakfast.
First, I want to acknowledge that the restaurant had just recently reopened after being closed due to Covid. We ordered the caramel pecan roll which definitely could have been hotter and there wasn’t anything special about it. We could have gone to any bakery and bought the same thing. It was overpriced and not worth the $8. All of the food was warm at best. My husband ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes which weren’t anything special and I had the classic benedict. Everything on my plate was cold except for the egg. I sent it back and they remade it with very little difference. The food came very quickly and maybe they could have taken a little more time with it. On the plus side, hubby loved the bloody mary! The best part of the meal was definitely the drinks. Hopefully they’ll get back into the swing of things soon
Great first time experience for a birthday brunch. Loved the bloody Mary bar, even though the buffet wasn't not open, they brought everything to you. Great service, awesome food. Can't wait to come back!
Joined for a birthday and the Bloody Mary bar. While they did not have a bloody bar, they offered a table bloody bar for the 4 of us! Food was great, apps were great and bloodys were amazing!
We were finally able to return to in-person dining at one of our favorite restaurants, and it didn't disappoint. Great, quick service, amazing food (as always), and we will definitely return for more of it.
Amazing as always! The lemon ricotta hot cakes are so amazing!
I have been to Hells Kitchen several times, and this was as good as any. We were there right away when they opened the doors on a Sunday morning. Food and service were excellent, as always.
Nothing bad to say about service at all, we left due to menu and not many options but burgers and steak. Nothing caught our eye like “wow we need that” so left. Was expecting more and got disappointed
Been here many times and it's always a 10 out of 10. Great service, exceptional food and an atmosphere that really can't be beat. Their house-made peanut butter is unbelievable and their Impossible burgers are too - it isn't hard to tell that they were one of the first restaurants to serve Impossible meat because they've got it DOWN.
Just go at night or the light of day will blind you when you reemerge from underground.
High expectations based on hype. All staff was pleasant and cordial, but not over-the-top, which is just fine for me. I think everything is a matter of timing. We were early arrivals at around 6:30 on a Thursday and also this area is apparently just coming out of the “COVID crisis” with what looks like an all things back to normal date of 6-14-21. Perhaps we were just a few days early for this particular restaurant. We haven’t noticed same situation in other local restaurants.
The only other thing I’d suggest is unless you like your food drenched in sweet sauces, ask to have that served on the side.
Ham, pear & cheese sandwiches were divine - great mix of sweet and savory. Hot crispy tots/fries good complement. Weird to have only a few people for dine-in - cannot wait until the live entertainment returns
The atmosphere was super weird and made me feel uncomfortable. Food was very average.
Some of the best brunch food in the Twin Cities. From inventive and creative to perfect execution in the kitchen. Bison waffles... sausage bread... mahnomin porridge... lemon ricotta pancakes... Whether it's sweet or savory, they got it. The waffle was perhaps the best waffle I've ever had. Insanely light, with a rich taste.
SO glad they're back open.
The food took no time at all and was delicious. There’s still a lot of spread between tables so you feel comfortable inside too. Would definitely recommend
Second time here and while the music was not playing they were back up and running with the same high quality exciting menu. The food was great, service great and wish we lived closer to visit more often.
Wonderful brunch with delicious food! One of my FAVORITE breakfast spots. The Huevos Rancheros can’t be beat. I’ve been waiting since before COVID to return here. I was NOT disappointed!
I don't reccomend this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Food was good, but waited a long time for it. Then they messed up order had to wait for correct item to be cooked. Server was very attentive to our needs. We would go again. MAKE RESERVATIONS if you want to be seated!

My Chicken Sandwich was good but they over cooked my wife's stake quite a bit when she had asked for it to be Medium Rare. Our server was great! But for the price we felt the food should have been awesome. We left feeling it was okay but not great. For an anniversary dinner kinda wish we had went somewhere else.
Thank you so much for choosing to visit us and we're sorry you left underwhelmed, especially on such a special occasion. We work hard to make sure every visit is spectacular, and we always appreciate candid feedback as it helps us ensure we're always living up to our reputation. Great food and great service was perfect for a brunch before a Twins win.
Great service, the fish and chips and the burgers are really good.
Drove 20-miles to take my lady to one of my pre-pandemic favorites. The starter, pecan roll was very tasty but the Pasteur was a bit dry. My ricotta waffle was averagely good, nice fruit on top. My ladies eggs Benedict, in her words “the worst I have ever had”, followed up by “the egg is overly firm and the Hollandaise sauce sweet”. I tried it and it was sweet. Are they adding sugar to the hollandaise? Coffee was consistent and the service was very good. The knife handle was greasy also.
Thank you for visiting us once again post-pandemic; we really appreciate your support. We also appreciate your candid feedback, both about what we did well in addition to what you felt could have been improved. We really do take this type of feedback to heart to make sure we're living up to our reputation across the board for great food and service, and if you have any more details you'd like to share, we're all ears. We hope you'll consider returning in the future!
Extremely poor and rude service. They told me how I should like my steak cooked. Overcooked it and they said they think it is fine. Server became rude and manager was condescending. They said they would take it off bill. Still have not done so. Will never go back!!
The staff at Hell’s Kitchen is always outstanding!! Their menu is a bit limited as of May 2021 because they just reopened and are working to avoid waste while they figure out their post-pandemic strategy. Our server said more of their customer favs will be added back to the menu as they move forward.
Everything was wonderful as we ventured to downtown Minneapolis for the first time since the pandemic started. The service was good, and the food was fantastic as always!
It was great ! Everything was on point .
The food was good but who wants to spend $100 on good? We waited 40 minutes for our food. I was very disappointed
I always try to catch a breakfast here when I'm in town. Food never disappoints. Like the ambience.
We had a delightful breakfast! Loved the tasty hashbrown in my bison Benedict. We plan to come back.
FAKE NEWS! The waiters time sucks specially when their is only 5 guest in the entire restaurant.
Food was bland.
No wonder theirs a CC HOLD.
