   Even you booked the table in advance through your app and wrote down your special request to seat on outdoor table, but when you arrived and the manager told you that you can't have outdoor table, they told you outdoor table is only for regular customers, walk in to book in advance for a month ago and pay in advance, then you can have the outdoor table, even when I arrived on the day, they have two reserved table outside, and they are not giving it to you, so what's the point to book in advance through the app? I will not go to this restaurant anymore! Bad experience!

   Went for their "afternoon tea" taking a group of 6 college students for a great experience after shopping Harrod's. Extremely disappointed. Service was very slow and the waiter did not explain the menu which was misleading. Menu stated Afternoon Tea for two at 19 pounds something. There were 6 of us and we ordered tea for all thinking it was 19 for each pair. Then he said we got two drinks each. We all ordered tea and a coffee. He never brought tea for two of us, after several requests, which seemed strange for a "tea". And we got one tray of sandwiches that didn't even provide one sandwich a piece. One tray of desserts but, again, not enough to try everything; we cut items into forths to ensure all could try things. I then ordered another set of two trays because we were still starving. The bill came and, as expected, it was much more than described; charged 19+pounds for each tray (x4), plus only two teas included and all other drinks were extra to the tune of 175 pounds. Don't bother!

   The food was fine as was the service - no complaints. For the price, the decor and chairs were very worn, tired and scruffy. There was a group of men sat on a table on one side who acted as though they owned the place (perhaps they did), but it was uncomfortable when one of the held the fire exit door open to talk to a friend outside and let all the warm air out - it was about 4 degrees outside and we left at that point. A bit disappointed.
