Gracias Madre - West Hollywood
The idea of Gracias Madre was first conceived while visiting the families of our employees in Mexico. We wanted to do both; offer organic Mexican food to the communities we serve as well as honor the mothers who work tirelessly in the kitchens of Mexico and often live without their husbands and children while they work side by side with us in California. Inspired by some of the recipes of these families and the love of their mothers, Gracias Madre serves organic, farm fresh, locally sourced food, full of flavor and love paired along side with our agave-based cocktail program spearheaded by Beverage Director Maxwell Reis.

Awesome food & drinks!!!
I am soooooo sad the mushroom tacos are off the menu!! Why would they do that? Also our waiter totally ignored us so we only had chips and salsa. Thumbs down.
Very loud due to the music too loud.
I had asked for inside and was placed just near the outside so there was air coming, very chilly.
1 waiter was rude as he brought one dish we had not ordered and was annoyed.
Love everything about Gracias Madre! Great location, beautiful setting, charming atmosphere and awesome food and drinks. Love coming back to this place. Great service and lovely drinks and dishes 🧡💛
beautiful restaurant, delicious food and amazing service!!!
great food and ambiance! I just wish the margarita pitcher was less expensive
Need more server to serve tables. Tables are so close each other
Waiters were ending and starting their shifts and our table was forgotten in the switch. Food was great. A bit dark in the outside patio.
It wasn’t too busy, nice decor and open design. Appetizers were on point, as were the drinks. My michelada was different, but in a good way.
The only thing that we were not happy with was our main course dishes. The mole was a bit too spicy (and I’m Mexican), and the cauliflower was undercooked. Also, the mushrooms were drenched in a tomato sauce that robbed the fajitas of any mushroom flavor.
Will try different dishes if we ever go back.
Phenomenal vegan food, great flavors and great plant based substitutions!
The dishes are poorly made without any love put in it.
I had enchiladas which were stale on the bottom and a tortilla soup which were basically just crushed tomatoes with some chips and a cashew drizzle on top. Even the guacamole is just chunks of avocado without any flavor to it.
And for this, the price is outrageous. If you wanna charge like a fine dining restaurant, your dishes need to step up.
I’m embarrassed to bring any meat eater to this restaurant, they might think this is how crappy vegans eat.
We love the place and we love the food. We visited the restaurant at least four times this fall. Unfortunately, we would not be returning. We found a hair in the Tamale Verde. The servers insisted that it is a hair from the corn husk (it was not!) and then simply took away the dish. We paid and left. Too bad.
