Our first time at Gattara was enjoyable! The wait staff was friendly and attentive and the food was great-- especially the portions! We all had leftovers for lunch the next day. My only complaint was the space. The room was too big and the tables were spaced too far apart. A smaller dining room would improve the experience.

We make our pesto fresh in-house using quality ingredients, and it's usually a dish we’re proud of. That said, I completely understand how disappointing it can be when a favorite doesn't come out right. Sometimes, especially during our busier times, things can slip from our usual standard and for that, I sincerely apologize. It’s definitely not the experience we want you to have, and we’re already taking steps to ensure consistency no matter how busy we get. Always a lovely night dining at Gattara. This time we went for a bachelorette dinner. Food and service was great even with a bigger party than I usually bring here.

My son invited me to Gattara to celebrate Mother's Day. I arrived first and stood by the host stand for a full 10 minutes without being welcomed or acknowledged. When my son arrived, we were greeted and seated. Are older women invisible? Our server, Austin, was courteous and knowledgeable but seemed spread thin. We observed one other server; he and Austin were also bussing tables. We wondered if half the staff had called in sick on Mother's Day, which could account for the slow service. My son, who has long restaurant experience, wondered why the manager couldn't pitch in. That said, the salad was fresh, the bread was warm, and the entrees excellent.

We had a reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes after our time. They thanked us for waiting but I still wasn’t too thrilled. What’s the sense of a reservation? The food was ok; too many additives in many of the foods like peppers and onions, if you ask me. Service was ok but we really weren’t told what to do since it was a buffet. Unsure as to if I prepaid or not so now the onus is on me to get money back, especially for the mimosas. I recall paying online before when I made the reservation. I at least had to confirm the mimosa orders yet they had no record of that, either. The buffet was satisfactory but the person at the carving station was wonderful! Our Easter celebration turned out to be pretty good here, in spite of all stated above. Thank you.

Bom Bom Shrimp appetizer was really good. The pasta lacked flavor and the sausage on the pizza had a perfume taste. Some drinks were good, others were not. Overall a good atmosphere on the patio but I would not rush back.

Overall we had a really nice dinner! Service was a bit slow but we were conversing regardless. The food was great- we got the short rib parpadelle, a pizza, burrata and the beet salad. We were really happy with everything.
