Staff was amazing as usual and the food was excellent. The Brazilian lemonade is my favorite drink to order and you can’t beat all the delicious cooked meats that are offered at your table side.
Market table was not nearly as abundant as in the past which was disappointing. The servers and the meats were outstanding.
I usually love going to Fogo’s, but recently I had a poor experience at the downtown location while celebrating a friend’s birthday and a couple’s first time there.
The waitress sold my group on the Full Fogo Churrasco dinner experience, but then we never were given the different meats, and we asked twice, but our request went on deaf ears. The waitress started badly by spilling my drink all over the table while pouring it while also juggling her tray with the other arm?!?
One of the Gaucho guys was cutting some meat and sprayed meat juice on my friend’s shirt. Same Gaucho was cutting meat so fast for another friend at the table the piece of meat fell onto the floor. He then left that piece of meat on the floor. Meanwhile, I still couldn't flag down any waiter 15-20 min later, the same Gaucho came back, and I told him he should ask someone to pick up that slice of meat for him. Instead, he just kicked it over to the wall and said, “now it’s out of the way!”
That was the last straw for me, and I went looking for the MG. I will note after speaking with the MG, she apologized for the service, took off a few comps, and offered desserts. But if I'm being honest, the entire Fogo’s experience was ruined. My Group of newbies was so uncomfortable by then they ended up leaving still hungry, and I was embarrassed because I had talked up Fogo’s to 4-Star level.
I understand things happen, but I would’ve hoped the MG would have said, “This entire one is on us. I know this is the first time dining with us for most of you, and I want to make sure you come back and try this again so that we can give you our excellent Fogo’s experience.”

Good covid protocols for buffet. They give you a glove to ear on one hand to prevent contamination. Good service!
Outstanding. Food was excellent; service was attentive. Granddaughters 8 and 10 years old loved the variety of food, especially the flank steak, and the experience. When I mentioned to the waiter that I would appreciate a quick turn on running the credit card so we get on our way to the Colorado Avalanche hockey game, he was back in less an one minute. Looking forward to returning very soon!
Always good. Food is consistent employees are so friendly. I come for the meat but the salad bar is amazing.
Too many “upsells” from the staff. Also, the higher end cuts of meat were only offered as we were getting ready to leave.

We were celebrating a birthday so had a table of 6 people. Food was ok but they kept only offering items to some people at the table and not everyone which seemed odd and a little rude. Drinks took forever - we were already finished with our first plate before drinks came out. At the end, it took almost 30 minutes to get the grilled pineapple we ordered and our check. Really disappointing. Very average food and service for the price.

I clearly made reservations for six people but they only had a table placed for five. I made a special request for two birthday celebrations but it was never addressed. Our drinks came out 20 minutes after the food was already being served. They did not have either of the ones I asked for I didn’t process until 20 minutes after food was served. The bathroom to not have toilet paper or soap dispensers. The waitress scan my card twice paying for other peoples meals and then voids the changes. my card was locked for suspicious behaviors and declined the next two transactions the sever tried to process. When I ask to speak to the manager Danny he was very not helpfulI or polite. He told me I still have to find another method to pay for my meal although his server was the one who caused my card to be locked. The “voided” changes still processed though my bank and I have not been refunded.

They need to come up with a way to indicate that you want meet and not just based on eye contact. We all had a plate full of meat before getting half way through our salads. At times it was a bit overwhelming.

The service was not very good :( we had to ask for horseradish 4 times before finally getting it. We were sat in a back dining room and the gauchos would come into the room, go to 2 tables, and then leave. We had to constantly ask for specific meats to come to the table which was disappointing. The food, when it was at the table, was good. Spices, flavor, etc was very good.
Ryan was our server and very helpful. Loved all of the Spanish speaking team members they were so attentive, pleasant, and helpful.
Great concept, good food. Service was intense. Someone at your table every 3 minutes. Too much all at once. Serving needs to be choreographed better. Waiter was not knowledgeable about the products. A little more training and better coordination would have made a better experience.

Great food and wonderful service. We had a lovely first night out in a while and a great place to do it.
The restaurant was amazing, the service was the most attentive I have ever experienced, the food was great. My only issue would be the other costumers. This is nothing against the restaurant, but, this is a very nice establishment and their were lots of people who were disrespectful and in my opinion not appropriately dressed for such an upscale restaurant. Again I have no complaints about the food, service, or the restaurant itself. My only complaint was some of the other patrons.
The only problem i had is being charged for the salads bar when i never got up to even get a fruit from that table .

Bad service, they will skip our table all night, we requested food for our table and waited way too long for them to come, they only come half the time. Got mad, paid them and left, spoke to the manager and she didn’t seem to care very much either

This was my partner’s first time at Fogo and we went for his birthday. It was so nice to be able to eat out in the first place but to have the precautions Fogo staff took & to experience the kindness and happiness of everyone working there involved really made it special. The food was amazing but it really is the service & the people that makes this restaurant stand out to me. We will be back, thank you!

The food is soooooo amazing, but I’m not so sure how I feel about paying for still water. This place would get 5 stars if the water was free, or at least less than $6. The food is excellent, the service was great, and the ambience was perfect.
Wonderful food, particularly the salad bar. Don't get me wrong, the meat was excellent, but the variety of items at the salad bar was fantastic. In particular, the roasted zuchini was fantastic. Service was the best I have seen at a restaurant in years, truly exemplary. Great wine list with many good, moderately priced selections.

Meat was great. But the sides they brought were not very good.
Our waitress was excellent. I believe she was training the night we were there, but she was very attentive and prompt. The gentleman delivering the meats were very slow and there just didn't seem to be enough of them. I have eaten at Fogo De Chao several times in several cities and this is always something I see with this particular chain compared to its competitors. I feel that when I have the option of a smaller local brazilian steakhouse or Texas De Brazil I would choose them, because their service is better and typically their prices are lower. Overall my experience was good, but I think that Fogo De Chao has a lot of room for improvement. I would not even mention the price if I didn't have to wait 15 minutes between each sliver of meat.
Really expensive and they feel you up with bread. They take forever to bring the meats
