   Service was not good. Time between servings of the meet was too far between and we requested the pork belly and they never brought it. I also never got the one alcoholic drink that I ordered. First time in a restaurant that I ordered a drink and never got it. Food itself was just ok. I won’t be back. Just too unorganized. They need a better system

   Poor service, they forgot about us when we checked in for our reservation and were not sat for 45 minutes. The advertised deal we came for had some unclear fine print that we was not clearly stated.

   Their website says best of Brazil pricing if you put it on the reservation. I did and they still didn’t honor the discounted pricing. They said I had to say it in person at the start even though we had the same meats in the discounted pricing.

   The service was insincere and expectations were not met enough times that it felt insulting to have to pay. The options were limited as they paraded what they wanted to serve around in an abbreviated rotation. My tip reflected who I am and general appreciation of people. It in no way reflected the service level I received at this establishment.

   Kids were there for prom and realized that they were highly encouraged to get the buffet that was $62pp. Some were crying at the high prices. Then the waiter took 40 minutes to run their card, which caused problems with the limo driver. The menu offers several items under $60, and so the kids should not have been pressured to get the higher priced buffet. The restaurant didn’t seem to care for the feelings of their young customers, and also didn’t respect their time. Fogo de Chao gave them some stressful memories for their senior prom, when it should have been one of the best memories of their lives. I am disappointed in the treatment of our kids, and We will never go back to eat here again. We regret picking this restaurant for prom.

   It was good we went at 2:30 in between lunch and dinner salad bar wasn't full and was charged Easter prices. But were there for a birthday not Easter.

    Another wonderful holiday experience. Newer staff this evening, but they managed. If you’re looking for good food and a wide selection plus good wine/ drinks, this is a great location to go to.
