    Perfect timing to be there when we could get the view and watch Boulder through the setting sun. Servers were always “Johnny-on-the-spot” and well rehearsed, if not always seeming relaxed. Food was excellent in all courses. Especially enjoyed their choice of non-alcoholic wine alternative.

    We had an extraordinary 40th Anniversary dinner at Flagataff House. There was so much attention to detail from the moment we walked into the restaurant through our departure from the restaurant including providing us with a take home poppy seed cake for each of us. We enjoyed every moment of our experience including the beautiful views! Thank you and we will be back!

    Overall, the experience was outstanding. Food choices and quality were great. Service by Connor was impeccable. Dining room a bit somber. Terrace would have been a more pleasant venue.

    The service was above and beyond. Absolutely phenomenal staff and a very knowledgeable sommelier who picked the most perfect wine pairings. The food was great but the venison stew was the star of the show! The views are superb and we would happily return in the future.

    I continue to be mystified why Flagstaff House does not receive James Beard and/or Michelin recognition. That said, Beard is a bit political...michilin can be total snobs on their perception. Both require campaigning and pr.

    This is probably the best restaurant in Northern CO. If you're not used to a 5 course meal do not be surprised at the size of the portions. You will not leave hungry. The meals we had were fantastic. The service impeccable. A great way to spend an anniversary dinner.
