   From the moment we arrived at Flagstaff House, it was clear we were in for a special evening. The panoramic views overlooking Boulder are absolutely breathtaking and set the perfect tone for a refined dining experience. The service was polished yet warm—every member of the staff was attentive without being intrusive. The tasting menu was thoughtful and beautifully executed. Each course was artfully plated and balanced in flavor, with locally sourced ingredients shining through. The wine pairing was equally impressive, with the sommelier offering insight that enhanced the entire experience. Standout dishes included the dry-aged duck and the scallop crudo, both of which were exceptional in taste and presentation. While it's certainly a fine-dining splurge, the experience at Flagstaff House is worth every penny. It’s an ideal spot for celebrating something special—or simply treating yourself to world-class cuisine with an unforgettable view.

   Always a pleasure being treated here. A bit pricey but well worth it. 10/10 would recommend for any special occasion. Service is top teir when it comes to being tended to and attention to detail.

   Always a nice experience. Expensive, but the food is great. Very small plates but you do not leave hungry

   We had a wonderful experience for our daughter’s CU graduation. Service was impeccable, food was delicious and artfully displayed. Rarely have we eaten with a million dollar view and the food matched it!

   The staff and the views were amazing. Seemed overpriced for the amount of food received. Quality of food was good but not necessarily excellent. Upgraded to the lobster and Wagu beef, which were very good, but expected more. Was an amazing experience and recommend it for a special event, but won't be back anytime soon.

   Lovely evening, attentive but quiet service. The halibut poached in wine was exceptional, but all the little amuse bouche and palate cleansers were delicious too. Also loved the baby beets with goat cheese and the raspberry tart for dessert. And of course, the views are unmatched anywhere. We saw turkey vultures and a flock of wild turkeys, just added bonuses.

   Flagstaff House is the best fine dining place I've been to in Colorado. The staff were lovely, the food was DELICIOUS! We were considering this place for our dinner post wedding, and the only reason we aren't choosing it is because our group is a little bigger than we anticipated, so we chose a wedding venue closer to Denver, where we live. I read *some* mixed reviews before I went(with many excellent reviews as well) and I definitely think it lives up to the hype. 10/10

    Best Birthday recognition ever. No song but a lot of attention. Not sure how they got sunset to cooperate so well but pictures on their deck turned out beautifully. The food as expected was devine and the young man explaining our dishes was a maven on hiking in the area and had great advice on local trails for us. More than satisfied with the service of everyone but overjoyed with the total experience from valet to the shared mood with the other diners that can only be created by a knowledgeable and attentive staff.
