   Lovely evening, attentive but quiet service. The halibut poached in wine was exceptional, but all the little amuse bouche and palate cleansers were delicious too. Also loved the baby beets with goat cheese and the raspberry tart for dessert. And of course, the views are unmatched anywhere. We saw turkey vultures and a flock of wild turkeys, just added bonuses.

   Flagstaff House is the best fine dining place I've been to in Colorado. The staff were lovely, the food was DELICIOUS! We were considering this place for our dinner post wedding, and the only reason we aren't choosing it is because our group is a little bigger than we anticipated, so we chose a wedding venue closer to Denver, where we live. I read *some* mixed reviews before I went(with many excellent reviews as well) and I definitely think it lives up to the hype. 10/10

   Best Birthday recognition ever. No song but a lot of attention. Not sure how they got sunset to cooperate so well but pictures on their deck turned out beautifully. The food as expected was devine and the young man explaining our dishes was a maven on hiking in the area and had great advice on local trails for us. More than satisfied with the service of everyone but overjoyed with the total experience from valet to the shared mood with the other diners that can only be created by a knowledgeable and attentive staff.

   I have been to the Flagstaff House many times in the past, but because of COVID and health issues, I was not able to dine there. I was very shocked to learn that it was a set price of &125 per person for what I believe to be a tasting menu. Therefore the price was high for small tastes of different foods. The Waygu had a heavy peppercorn coating that made my throat tickle resulting in a coughing fit. We had a party of 12 and I was excited for them to experience the view and the restaurant. Unfortunately, they were not impressed with the menu and would rather have ordered of the menu in the conventional way. Until I find out that the restaurant returns to the original menu, I probably won’t return.

   The food was absolutely phenomenal, small but exquisite courses, plenty of little bites between courses. Left feeling full but not overly stuffed. The care and attention to the details by the chef was second to none. The service was absolutely top notch. It’s an expensive place to eat but, for a special event the price was worth it.

   As always, thank you for making our special night a magical experience!! The service was outstanding, everyone from the first valet hello to the last coat check goodbye, the coordinated serving staff, attention to every detail, and superior customer service are completely unmatched. I have food allergies/restrictions and I never worry here. I know I’m safe and in good hands with staff and Chef! Our meal was exquisite, my favorite was the pineapple on heart of palm, and if I were in charge of stars, you would have more! Flagstaff House, it was a perfect night and thank you!!

   One of the Best meals we’ve had since moving to area last July. The view is to die for but that is only the beginning. Friendly and professional service, outstanding wine list (do wish they offered more by the glass options) and the cuisine is expertly crafted, balanced and delicious. “Chef, I could eat a whole plate of your risotto” hint hint.

    We have been wanting to visit Flagstaff House for years and decided to visit for a special occasion last night. The food and presentation were beyond what I had hoped for! I will be relishing the experience for some time to come.
