We dined on a Thursday night before an Avs game. We had a 6:00 reservation and some of our party arrived early to get our table. We ordered 3 beers that took a long time, before we even had our beers, our server came by to take our food order. Our food order also took a very long time. The chicken schnitzel blt was okay (not your typical schnitzel at all, it was more like chicken tenders not a thin piece of chicken), nothing great and does not come with any side. The mushroom poutine was also mediocre. One person ordered a sausage for $5 and a pretzel bun that was also $5 ?? Had we known how small the sausages were, would have ordered two. I like the different mustards they serve with the sausages though. Other things on the menu did sound good so not writing the place off but service could have been better.
Friends in town
Food is excellent. Service is attentive, friendly, sincere and competent. We will be back!
The food is amazing and their
Always a great option when going to a show at the theater or the Pepsi Center! Chips and dip are a must.
We’ve been to Euclid many times however this last time was terrible. May be new management and/or this restaurant is not doing very well. Very limited menu with few options. No gluten free buns available for burgers even though our celiac friends called ahead to check- and then they had none!
Music was very loud when we came in and we asked waiter ( young blonde male) to turn it down a little. He rolled his eyes and walked away. Asked about menu items and waiter was very short with us.
Waiter kept calling me ‘dear’ ( I’m 58 yrs old) which was incredibly rude and condescending.
This place hits every mark on every visit. Their cocktails are fantastic, beer selection is deep and the food is always spot on.
We almost left but I'm glad we stayed. I was meeting a few clients there for dinner and a few of us got there early. We met at the bar and noticed they had an extensive list of local beer and spirits. When we asked the bartender for a few beer recommendations he tossed us the list and walked away. I told him I wanted to know his opinion since the list was very long, but he wasn't interested in responding. When one of my guests ordered a Titos and soda he said "we only have local Vodka". Again we asked for a recommendation he said "just order the well vodka if you don't know the local brands". What an A**Hole! He was perhaps the worst bartender I have ever met. Fortunately the rest of our guests arrives and we were seated. Our Waiter was the total opposite, he was amazing! He went over the extremely eclectic menu in great detail, told us his favorites and even told us what kind of beverages he would pair them with. HE was a real pro ad unlike the Bartender you could tell he really enjoyed what he was doing. The food was great, the beers and cocktails were awesome and he really changed our perspective of Euclid Hall. I will be back in Denver Next year and we will go back, but we will skip the stop at the bar.
Food is okay, vibe is great. Music was a bit loud for table conversations.
If you want a menu that is creative and different, this is a place to try in a great location.
As always, it was delicious, innovative, and fun!
Outstanding cocktails, good beer selection and AMAZING food - requires a little patience but if you're looking for something a little different TRY THIS PLACE!
Great food and service!
The food was great. Only complaint was that I made a reservation like three weeks to a month in advance and they put us in the corner in the bar. Our server was the bartender - who was wonderful - but way too busy to take care of us properly. Atmosphere was a little loud but expected for a Saturday. Food was FANTASTIC.
Great spot. This is my second visit but first having a meal. Service was pretty solid from start to finish. We were a group of 5 and had to be relocated to a different table to accommodate a larger group. As a result we were graciously awarded a round of drinks. Yay for us!! Pad Thai pig ears were one of the best things I've ever had. Sooooooooo good!! Will definitely return.
Loved the location. The food was very small portions for what you pay for the meal. We both ordered the Halibut. My husband fish was the size of a nugget and mine was a little larger. The taste was good the over all value of the meal was way too high!!!
More a beer-bar in an interesting atmosphere. Food comes from local inspiration. Service to be increased.
Worst food I’ve ever had there service was the worst I’ve ever had
Love Euclid Hall. Great dinner spot.
Food was overrated, overpriced for the amount and quality you got. There were a lot of flues buzzing around our table which took away from the experience when you are swatting flies away from your food and face every few seconds. It was very dark inside also it felt like we were in a cave. Our waitress was nice.
Always a great time at Euclid Hall - this is my go-to place for any out of town guests. The service is great and the food phenomenal! I love how they change out certain items and then keep some incredible staples like the cheese curds, everything I’ve tried has been fantastic!!
Great Beers and yummy food along with it! We needed it after long day tour of the Rockies!
Waiter John is fantastic!
Always a great experience. We so enjoy the drink list and global comfort food, so shareable.
The appetizers were excellent as were the beers, and I loved my dinner (the Boulder Lamb Burger). My wife ordered the Pickle Chicken sandwich, and unfortunately, it was way overcooked).
First off, the food was absolutely amazing. Fish Sandwich, Sausage party, foie gras poutine, spaetzel, and marrow bones were all incredible.
Cool vibe, good music. Pleasant if slightly flustered waiter, but was clearly committed to ensuring a great experience. Cocktails were also lovely and just unique enough to be engaging without being alien.
Only negative was no hostess on arrival, resulting in opentable believing that we skipped out on our reservation.
It's not "cheap" but they definitely provide good value for the level of food and drink they provide. If I'm ever back in Denver I will make it a point to return.
Okay food for a pub but the menu was limited. It seemed more like a watering hole for UC students and didn’t live up to its sister establishments in the area such as Rioja and Bistro Vendome.
The lamb loco moco was awesome!!!!
Great food and service.
Euclid Hall is in the old Soapy Smiths location. The beautiful old wooden bar is now gone but the restaurant is terrific. I ordered the lamb patty and it was extremely good. As for the service, outstanding! I feel like great service is becoming harder to find so it really stands out when you get it.
Food is trying REALLY hard. Not always hitting home runs but not striking out. Probably better for a group of friends in the afternoon, with a little something to chow on. Not great for a meal.
Great waiters and bartenders.
Always great food and service. Love the location and the ease of eating here before a show at the Buell.
Food was really tasty. The sausage platter was fun and interesting. The noise level was quite high so don't expect to have any serious conversations.
My husband is a math teacher so he loved the menu and wall art, etc. Fun place...we will eat there again
Great food and ambiance.
Not a lot of veggie options but everything we had was good.
Most people at our table liked their food. I was stunned that there were virtually no vegetarian options. No salads even. It made it challenging....I was able to eat a side and eat the cabbage left on others plates. Most meat focused restaurants make some effort to have a vegetarian option so that was disappointing. That said, the service was great and we liked the ambience.
They need to fix their tables. Our table and the two tables next to had wobbly tables and caused our drinks to spill
