Elements restaurant is located on the 4th floor of Embassy Suites Denver Downtown (Northeast of the elevators). From 5:30 - 7:30 you may experience happy hour guests in the 4th floor lobby areas. Our restaurant is separated from the hotel happy hour but we can assure you we are just as much fun.
We went to Elements for Denver restaurant week. We ordered off of the restaurant weeks menu which was a four course meal. I started with the chicken noodle soup. It was luke warm. The winter salad was good. I ordered the ribeye that came with a baked potato and asparagus. My steak was fatty. There was big chunks of fat in the middle of it. The dessert was a brownie sundae. Nothing special about it. The best part of the meal was the Ten Mile Smile cocktail. I liked the atmosphere of the restaurant the service was good but the food fell flat.
Dee, Thank you for joining us for Restaurant Week! I am pleased to see that you enjoyed the cocktails and service. I am sorry to hear that the food was not up to par though and greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide this feedback. We will use this to continue improving our establishment for yourself and other future guests to enjoy.
Went for restaurant week. Service was basically what you’d find at a Denny’s. There was supposed to be a view but all I could see from where I was sitting was a huge buffet line. So disappointing. Awful having this on the restaurant week.
The place is very nice and the staff are awesome. It is a very quiet place and gives an impression that they are not trying to get the customers in the door. You wouldn’t know that there’s a restaurant here, unless you were specifically looking for it. Food is pretty good and some of the dishes were excellently executes, but they are on the list with very average dishes so it felt like hit and miss.
A very uninspired hotel restaurant. There are much better restaurants with easy walking distance.
The food was great, excellent portion sizes for the Restaurant Week Menu. The initial experience with the staff was interesting- the person that sat us stated that he didn't know why the restaurant was doing restaurant week and did not say anything positive about it. Our waitress was nice, but asked my husband what temperature he wanted his steak cooked at, instead of rare/medium rare/medium... etc. But the food was great
We went during restraint week, the Food was not good at all. Steak undercooked, salads were dry, wimpy lettuce mix, and service was extremely low. Server forgot our wines and to go boxes. We had to ask another server for water refills.
Went for Denver Restaurant week, the menu looked great online. The food was pretty good except the creme brulee which was unfortunately over cooked. There really was zero ambience, not sure if it's always like that or we caught it on a bad day, but it was a Friday night, so expected to be a bit more lively.
Burnt gnocchi, wet soggy hamburger bun, uncooked rice in SW bowl. Extremely slow. After 1-1/2 hours, left one person behind to pay bill so rest could make show. Manager did apologize and take ~$30 off a $200 bill.
Valentine’s Day was our reason for dinner out. We traveled in from 5 hours away and chose to dine here. We didn’t realize when we made our reservation that this is a hotel restaurant.
Our waitress was less then knowledgeable about the menu.
We began with the charcuterie board and it was plentiful but needed some mustard or jelly to go along with it. When we asked what the cheeses were she she didn’t know. For our main course my husband chose the ribeye and the presentation was nice, but the steak was all fat! After thinking about it my husband being a cattleman came to the conclusion that it wasn’t a ribeye at all! The cut was probably a flank steak. I have never seen him leave steak on his plate but he couldn’t eat it.
I ordered the Pancetta chicken and it was decent. I wouldn’t order it again.
I am sorry for this review I usually don’t leave such criticism. Next time this restaurant wants to advertise a holiday special they should make sure that their staff is up to date on the dish and that the dish is what they are advertising.
Not worth it. The food was terrible and the waitstaff did not want to be there the photos were incredible but revealed plastic tables and canned cuisine.
Great service. Nice open space. Not noisey. Good was great. Drinks great.

Thank you for joining us! We look forward to seeing you again soon.
We had a reservation for 10 people, we had to walk around to find someone to check in. The waitress was fine she seemed to not have much help and the whole experience just wasn’t good. We ordered immediately because we had a show to catch an hour later our food wasn’t ready. She told us several times it was almost ready. Finally it came and my friends salmon was raw. The other food just wasn’t great. The drinks were awful. Then the waitress couldn’t get the bill figured out. We wouldn’t ever go back. It’s the kind of place you eat at only if you’re staying in the hotel and you are exhausted and don’t want to go anywhere. Not a place you purposely go eat.

Food was decent, but my build your own burgers burger bun was soaked through before my second bite. We ordered the seasonal creme brulee, it took 25 minutes to come to the table and it was cold like it had just come out of the refrigerator. For a place with so many good reviews it was disappointing to say the least
We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I apologize that your experience in our restaurant was anything less than fantastic. We strive to provide quick friendly service to each of our guests while also providing quality food. Great Family Meal!!!
The pork loin was delicious! The tables were far apart, it wasn’t noisy and they had wonderful live music.
This is the perfect cozy spot to grab a bit. They have a bit of everything and the staff can make you feel right at home.
I wanted to try something new for lunch. I found Elements and it was so delicious! It is located on the 4th floor of the Embassy Suites across from the convention center. It is a hidden gem that offers seasonal, local menus. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and the atmosphere was amazing. Just because it is located in a hotel doesn't mean that they don't cater to local guests.
The bartenders Blake and Brie did a great job, and the brown butter Gnocchi was phenomenal!
Could not find resturant!! Bailed!!
