   Food was very good, the music was a bit loud but overall great value. Good Sunday Roast. Good service by the Romanian bloke. Thank you!

   Food was really good and portion size didnt disappoint. Service was quite and the lady was very attentive.

   Food very tasty but portion size has halved since my last visit. Only had half a chicken breast in mushroom sauce. Last visit it was a whole one, even the Tiramisu lacked any alcohol. My last visit is was tasty, very bland this time. As well as messing up my order,I asked for home cut chips not new potatoes, a portion of frozen chips was rushed as a free replacement it led to an unhappy experience for me. My wife on the other hand had a huge calzone pizza and side salad and couldn’t fault it.

   Food terrible, Carbonara made with egg turned out to be pasta with scrambled eggs, starter bread was stale and not toasted. My broccoli and Italian sausage dish was inedible as the meat was like chewy clumps of mince and the broccoli was yellow. The pasta was also served almost like a broth. Not one of the staff asked how our dinner was to be able to complain (even though we eat a small amount of each). Not sure why this place has a decent rating. Honestly felt like the chef had never heard of Italian food let alone cooked it. Poorest dining experience I've had. Save your money and head to an actual Italian restaurant closer to the city.

   We ate twice at this restaurant while staying in a Cricklewood hotel for a few days as tourists in London. I chose it because one older member of my party is very fussy and generally can bring down the enjoyment of an evening if she doesn't find things satisfactory. I went through the menu and visitied Elementree beforehand to check location, temperature, noise levels etc. Thanks to the charming and attentive waiting staff, in particular our waitress, we had such a pleasant evening with extremely well prepared dishes, that we went back the next day, and that is really saying something. So hats off to all the staff for helping us enjoy two special evenings!

   Lovely food, good price and very friendly professional staff. I would definitely recommend to other's. We were staying at the Crown Hotel and the food was nowhere near as good.

   Lovely restaurant with great staff, food was very good plenty of choice and reasonably priced . Staff were warm and friendly.

   We were glad to find the restaurant and very much enjoyed our meal there. We were welcomed. The service was excellent and the food we ate was great, fresh and authentic. It was a bit noisy with the TV and football on and the position of the seating made it feel as though those watching the TV were watching our every move. It didn't really bother us too much, but worth a mention.

    Excellent food and service. The gnocchi was a real standout but all dished were fantastic. You could tell everything was freshly prepared. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in London!
