SIMPLE INGREDIENTS. HONEST COOKING. UNPARALLELED AMBIANCE. At El Nido we present exceptional ingredients from sources we know and trust. Our menu follows classic cooking with intelligent innovation. Wood-fired pizza, steaks and seafood cooked on the Argentine grill along with homemade pastas are the basis for our food. Our seasonal craft cocktails and Sommelier procured wine list compliment our diverse selections.
With many options we are sure you will find amazing ambiance in this historic building. You can enjoy the relaxed vibe of the Zozobra Bar or dine al fresco on our beautiful covered patio during the temperate Santa Fe summers. In the colder months you can keep warm and enjoy one of three fireplaces in our dining rooms, or dine at our Chef's Counter and view our open flame grilling. Something for everyone.     The appetizers and the desserts were outstanding. The main courses were a star less in my opinion. I would not order the cod or the branzino again, the cod was very dry and the branzino was a very sad starved little fish. Others in our party found the lamb to be excellent. I have previously had the pizza here and that would probably be my choice next time. The artichoke appetizer was fantastic, the tomato burrata salad was very good. The "burnt" (but not really) cheesecake and the lemon tart were by themselves two reasons to go back. Very friendly service, we had a good time.

    Joked with hostess when we arrived and not too friendly. Lady gave great wine advice and was very helpful. Server didn't have much personality and was strictly business. Pork chop was a little under cooked for my taste. Our third time to eat here and the other two times were a better experience. Bar area is very noisy. This is the second time we have been charged for the wrong bottle of wine but we caught the error. Overall, 6 out of 10!

    We had a great evening! From appetizers to dessert, evert dish was delicious! The service was attentive and each staff member friendly. We love the ambiance in the dining room. All contributed to the experience!

    The Easter menu was fantastic!!! We have been going to El Nido regularly for several years and the restaurant never ceases to amaze us. Chef Ziggy creates the most fabulous meals and continues to add new items which are always wonderful. We love to dine out and keep going back to El Nido as we know we won't be disappointed.... To us there is no other place to have dinner. The staff are wonderful too - Natasha is amazing at the bar and Leslie, Miguel, Carlos always make us welcome. We love it there! Cannot say enough!     Always enjoy a meal at el nido. Today was special with the Easter brunch and all the choices were excellent. Squash blossomed, corn soup shrimp and grits burger and eggs Benedict yum. Staff is always lovely!
