edison: food+drink lab fills the gap in the dining scene for the neighborhood joint that serves polished, modern world-class food with an everyday familiarity and comfort. A daily, inventive menu that traverses the chasm between haute cuisine and comfort food, each dish will be a bit familiar, but at once modern.

We currently offer reservations in both the main dining room as well as open air dining in our courtyard. The full dinner menus are also available at our bar, which we keep available to walk-in guests.

We look forward to seeing you!

I love this restaurant because of the atmosphere, the fact that I can have a conversation without shouting, and that the menu changes regularly. Food isn’t always worth the cost. It’s great variety, but execution sometimes leaves me wanting. Still not so bad that I don’t come back. Staff are amazing and service is great.

Amazing! My boyfriend got the steak and I got the pork belly! Both were delicious but wasn’t expecting a giant slab of pork fat, so the fat on the was overwhelming but overall amazing experience! Drinks are absolutely amazing! Definitely coming back!

The August tasting menu was the best yet. Incredibly diverse ingredients and creative plating. Our server, MacKenzie was on point with all the details of each course, providing the description of ingredients and how the dishes were prepared.

The service was wonderful and our server, Dylan, did not disappoint, but the quality and taste of the food was way below that of prior visits. This had become one of my favorite restaurants, but our recent visit fell below expectation. The duck was rubbery and tasteless even with the fancy drops of Jupiter or marrow dust. I remember having the black grouper months back and it was to die for! Everything on the menu was incredible, but I will be hesitant to return. My husband had the buttermilk chicken, and it was just ok. I hope the chef gets back to what works and delivers the finest dining again because it is hard to find.

Love this place and will go back even if they had a tough night. I think they had trouble with their seafood supplier, so the meal was not up to normal standards. They were reasonable and prepared the dinner again, but it was obvious the product was the problem and they wouldn't let me pay for the bad result. Great place & very good people. I'll always go back.

This is our third or fourth trip to Edison, and it did not disappoint. We got the chef's tasting menu with the wine pairing, which gave us the chance to try wines we might not otherwise have chosen. The wines were *perfectly* paired. The parmesean and cracker crusted fish was amazing, and the brown butter blondie was one of the best desserts I've had. Five stars!

I was expecting more “inventive” dishes as per the restaurant description. We started with the Molten Crab Cake which was good. It was well described as cornbread with crab-I felt that the small amount of piquillo pepper sauce was the most flavorful part. We then continued with the scallops and duck breast entrees. Everything was cooked very well and the flavors were great-but it was not a memorable meal. The Buzzcut cocktail and the Low Tide CBD mocktail were the most interesting experience.

Came here because of all the positive reviews but was very let down. Service was great but food wasn't anything great. We got the happy hour bites. We did not like one thing. Seems like the food from the regular menu is better. My father in law enjoyed his arugula salad. Overall, food is pricey for what you get. Service was fine. Ambiance wasn't anything special. Overall, I don't think I would come back here.

Brady our bartender and Matthew our server were outstanding. Very knowledgeable and personable. We've been here several times and both the food and service are always good but Brady and Matthew topped them all. The manager was exceptional as well. Very conversational and polite.

Love this place! Great vibe, food, service and creative cocktails. Previously went here for a hosted wine dinner (they need more of these events, it was so good) and came here for a business happy hour. My husband and I stayed for dinner because it is THAT good. Get the oyster appetizer.

Fantastic! We were referred by a friend to try out Edison during our visit to Tampa. Loved it! The food was the best of our 4 day trip. Outstanding in all ways. The staff was fantastic. Polite, personable, kind and professional. Ambience was wonderful too. If we get back to Tampa, we will be coming back for dinner. Job well done!
